This company is crooked and has extremely deceitful practices! They are reporting new collections info from 2018/2019 from ** ******* ********* ******** on my credit report as new debt and reported 4 new collections accounts on my credit report on 1/09/24 totaling over $10k dollars that I have no knowledge of why or what its for. I had health insurance on the dates that they are saying I owe them money for. I cannot go back and show proof of my health insurance validity due to my mother DIEING IN 2019!! How much lower could you go by going after a woman thats 25 years old and forcing them to go through their dead mothers accounts and personal info in hopes to find some sort of proof of my insurance I had under my mother. Not to mention the fact I have disputed this info 3 separate times for invalid info and not being able to verify it, and they re insert and bring my score down 109 points in the middle of me attempting to buy a home for the first time. I will be filing a report with the CFPB and an attorney for HIPAA violations and trying to collect a debt that was covered by my amputee/disabled mothers federally funded insurance I was under at the time going through college. You guys have harrassed me enough and are affecting my ability to buy a home and are negatively impacting my life by doing so. I want this info removed from credit report and not placed back onto it or I will be taking legal action against you. This is flat wrong.

They are harassing me calling all times day/night different phone numbers. I talked to their rep. yesterday 1/5/24. This is about a bill of an adult family member who doesn't live here! I told her to take me off the list and this person doesn't live here! Didn't matter still being harassed! Stop calls!

Recieved a letter from Allied Interstate LLC stating they are a debt collector. I owed ****** storage (account # ********* $298. The reference number is ***********. I called them on 10/11/23 to tell them I have NEVER done business with ****** Storage. I was told the claim would be put on hold and that ****** storage has 30 days to respond to provide proof. I called 1 month later (over 30 day) on 11/13/23 928 AM PST, and called to get this bill stopped and terminated by both ****** Storage and Allied Interstate. Allied has violated my rights as 30 days passed, and case should be closed. I have never done business with either entity, and I feel that they are collecting personal information is their debt colletions and creating fraudulant charges. Pleaes have an appology and termination of this debt collection letter sent to me asap.

    Dear ******************,

Thank you for your letter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and for providing us with an opportunity to respond. Public Storage placed your account in our office for collections on September 29, 2023.

On October 11, 2023,you contacted our Consumer Advocacy Group and advised of your dispute, noting you had never done business with Public Storage. Our agent advised you that she was placing the account on hold and requesting validation of the charges. Our agent advised if you had not received the documentation within 30 days, to contact our office to check the status of the account.

On November 13, 2023,you again contacted our office and advising you had not received the documentation within 30 days and, according to the law, the matter goes away. Our agent advised we were awaiting the documentation from our client and the account was still in a hold status. At that time, you restated your dispute and advised you would be filing a complaint to resolve the matter. Our agent ceased collections at that time and the account closed and returned to Public Storage that same day.

On November 17, 2023,we received your letter to the State of ********** Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Upon receipt of your letter, we notified Public Storage of the matter and obtained the attached documentation related to the account. In addition, we reviewed the calls that took place and determined our agents provided you with the correct information in accordance to our dispute process.
