    I have been waiting for this “company” to deliver my display for an exchange through Samsung. I received an email on 08/22/2023 asking me to confirm my address, which I did do the same day via email as well as through Samsung support. They have never once responded to me or even scheduled a delivery date. I have emailed several times asking for an update and have heard nothing.

    Moved into my new home last August 2022. I was informed they bought a brand new refrigerator for apartment. I called about the fridge not getting cold and my food found bad. I didn’t get an appointment until a week later after going food shopping and I was told they couldn’t do anything else. All of my food has gone bad and had to be thrown out due to this huge inconvenience. I had to also spend money to feed my son and I after going food shopping which isn’t being reimbursed. A complete financial burden with absolutely no help. As a single mother providing for my child on only my salary alone no one should have to deal with such a hardship.

    In regard to the complaint from ****** ********, the complaint needs to made through Samsung, not Kenco. We are only the delivery company that exchanges new units for Samsung. We have nothing to do with the operation of the units being sold by Samsung. The issue with the customers food going bad and not getting reimbursed needs to dealt with from the company they purchased the unit from. Again, we are only the delivery company, not a repair company. The customer needs to contact Samsung and the place of purchase for this matter

    11/28/22 After waiting for over a month for a replacement to be approved by samsung and the new machine to arrive at *** for delivery - I was stood up today (11/28/22) ! I had text communication that the delivery was coming. I confirmed it. I checked in. I was given a window for the delivery, and was told I would get a call 30-60 minutes before arrival. No call, No email, and No show. I paid for childcare and took off from work to meet this delivery. This is unacceptable

    We arrived at the customers location on 11/28.2022 as scheduled. The old washer was not disconnected from the gas line as we were t told otherwise. We do not disconnect gas lines. This issue was explained to the customer when we scheduled her 10 days prior to the exchange date. The customer was very irate and yelled at the drivers and our customer service dept. We explained the process again and showed her the email she responded to. Clearly stating the unit needs to be disconnected prior to our arrival. We gave her an option to complete the exchange a few days later, so she could have the unit ready and disconnected. She finally responded and a new exchange date was for 12/05/2022. The exchange was completed as promised on 12/05/2022.
