      On 2-9-23 around 6:20AM I stoped at this car wash location and paid for the $14 automatic car wash cycle. Upon enter the wash it started up as usual but almost immediately showed signs of malfunction as the soap started to spray unevenly and the dryers came on at the same time. The spraying arm spun to the side and a red x started flashing on the wash cycle indicator. I immediately knew the wash had malfunctioned and I was to exit which I did. My car was now covered with soap making it very difficult to see out of most of my windows and I didn’t feel it was safe to drive till this was remedied. I thought it be best to try the other bay as there is only 2 bays at this location. I paid for another $14 dollar car wash in the 2nd bay and the equipment still didn’t seem to function properly but I was able to get through a wash cycle in the 2nd bay. After exiting I checked my vehicle over and found the 2nd bay didn’t wash my vehicle as thorough as normal. I presided that day to call the business and leave a message indicated what happened with no response back. I’ve have since reached out and left another message and have been calling everyday to try and reach someone. I believe this wash doesn’t have a full time attendant.
