    On 10/17/22 I called Delfera to have a technician to come out to my home because my thermostat was malfunctioning. I was told that it cost $119.00 for the technician to come out to diagnose the issue. Today the technician arrived and was at my home under 5 minutes said the thermostat face was broken. To replace thermostat cost $500.00. And the that now it cost $180.00 for the diagnosis. We said dont replace the thermostat since the market price is well under $500.00 and he wouldnt explain why the diagnosis price went up to $180.00. Delfera up their price which is completely ridiculous and untruthful. Also didnt provide a receipt on hand.

    Hello ******,

    We are sorry you were unsatisfied with our service on 10/18/22. After reviewing your invoice with the technician that was at your home, we adjusted your invoice to the original dispatch fee only charge of $119.00. We have tried to reach out to you, but have been unsuccessful and your voicemail has not been set up yet. We would have refunded the $63.00 labor fee, but our records show that the invoice was never paid. We also see that our technician was at your home from 3:02pm to 3:41pm for a total of 39 minutes. Our pricing for the WiFi Thermostat does include the thermostat itself, labor to install it and a 2 year warranty from the date of installation. We try to be competitive and fair with our pricing to deliver quality service to our customers. As far as not receiving a copy of the invoice, we do try to do everything electronically and to be as paperless as possible. We will however mail customer's their paperwork if they do not have an e-mail. Please call our office at 610-494-1114 to discuss this further. Thank you.
