      My complaint is with Top Auto, LLC.************** 1 somerset ln Aston, PA 19014 United States This company Illegally towed my car. I was in an accident and left my car in a lot approved by the state trooper for my insurance company to come pick it up. Shortly thereafter Top Auto called me and asked me to leave my key in the car so they could take it to the body shop (how they got my cell number I don't know). 4 hours after that, I got a call from the REAL tow company asking me where my car was. The real company knew who my insurance company was, and my insurance confirmed them to be the actual company hired to tow my car, they denied having any contact with Top Auto. I called Top Auto back at the number they called me from to find out where my car was, and they wouldn't tell me. They just kept talking over me, telling me to have my insurance contact them. They were very rude, and hung up on me without giving me any information about MY car! So far they have not been co-operative with my insurance company in getting my car returned, my adjuster tells me this is a common scam to fee the insurance company to death. Meanwhile I'm without a car and this is further delaying getting it fixed.
