However, after reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between (CREDITECH } and me which makes you a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. This letter is NOT a request for verification or validation.This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming your company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me . Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question.Failure to respond and provide strict proof of contract will constitute your tactic agreement that you, CREDITECH - are NOT entitled to enforce a claim against me. In the event you continue your collection efforts against me without providing proof of contract, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and ************************* and file a police report against you for harassment and invasion of privacy.You have 30 days to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you cant provide strict proof of contract, YOU MUST CEASE AND DESIST ANY AND ALL COLLECTION EFFORTS AND IMMEDIATLEY REMOVE ANY DEROGATORY INFORMATION REPORTED TO THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES. If you transfer this account to any attorney without providing proof of contract, They will be immediately reported to the state bar association and *************************** for code of ethics violations.

       Your letter dated March 3rd, 2023, with its attached documentation, concerning the above-named  party has been forwarded to me for review and response. Because the complaint at issue pertains to the  collection of consumer debts and confidential information therewith, it is our position that the Better  Business Bureau does not have the jurisdiction or authority to consider disputes such as this. However, please  consider the following:  

      1. ****** ***** is no longer affiliated with Creditech. Please correct your records accordingly.  2. Creditech is the debt collection agent for ***** ***** *********. Two (2) accounts owed by  *** ******** to this creditor were placed with Creditech for collection in conformity with state and federal  collection laws. *** ******** requested validation of one of the accounts placed which Creditech honored  accordingly. It has had no other contact or communication with *** ******** since.  

      Creditech is willing to discuss these accounts directly with *** ********.

      Creditech has been harrassing with mail regarding collection on taxes owed. I provided proof I do not owe taxes from montgomery county PA and provided documentation our mortgage is escrowed. ***** ***** takes escrow funds to pay taxes and insurance. i provided ***** ***** tax forms to show all taxes for the year in question were paid.even with that information and requested creditech stop contacting me, they will not stop

Because the complaint at issue pertains to the  collection of local earned income taxes and confidential information therewith, it is our position that the  Better Business Bureau does not have the jurisdiction or authority to consider disputes such as this. However,  please consider the following:  
      1. ***** ****** is no longer affiliated with Creditech. Please correct your records accordingly. 

      2. Contrary to *** ******’s assertion, local earned income taxes are not collected through a mortgage escrow as are real estate taxes; rather, local earned income taxes are paid in accordance with the  filing of an annual local earned income tax return.  
       Creditech is willing to discuss this account directly with *** ******.
