ATTENTION, POTENTIAL BUYER !!! DO NOT DO IT! THIS BUSINESS :( HAS AN ADD CLAIMING TO HAVE RENT TO OWN HOMES, IM REGRET TO HAVE TO INFORM, THAT THIS PRACTICE IS UNQUALIFIED TO HOUSE ANY HUMAN. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PRETTY WORDS OF" OH, WE HAVE A GREAT ***** FOR YOU TO LIVE BECAUSE FIRST,HE SAID UTILITIES ARE FULLY FUNCTIONING,WHEN THE ***** IS MORE A SHELL OF A HOME. ACTUALLY, I CORRECT MYSELF. ITS NOT A SUITABLE ***** FOR ANY HUMAN TO RESIDE. THERES TARPS TO STOP LEAKS. I THINK YOU GET THE REST. BUT THE MAN NAMES HIMSELF AS *****, AND STATED THAT THE ***** FOR PURCHASE WAS FULLY FUNCTIONING AND WHEN ACTUALLY SEEING IT , HE STARTED ADDING FEES FOR WATER USE WHICH WAS AN EXTRA $400. THEN NO FLOOR,THEN ELECTRIC WAS WIRE ISSUES AND MOLD . THE MAN SAID THE ***** WAS IN GREAT CONDITION THEN WHEN SHOWED THE *****, WHICH WAS AFTER THE MAN HAD ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT, AND A SIGNATURE, WHICH AFTER TAKING THE FORM, THE MAN STAMPED ON THE FORM, NO REFUND. LIKE THERE WAS A REFUND ALLOWED.,ALSO BY LAW. AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE MY SON BACK HIS $1,700. THE ***** IS RUN DOWN AND PLEASE PRAY FOR THAT AREA TO CLEAN UP AND FIX THE PROBLEM, TO BE BETTER ORGANIZED AND MAINTAINED. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOMELESS SHELTER AREA, OR. SO PLEASE EITHER COME IN WITH LOADS OF HELPERS OR STAY CLEAR BECAUSE THE MAN IS TRYING TO STEALMY SONS MONEY AND I DONT WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. MY SONS FIRST VENTURE OUT INTO THE GREAT OUTDOORS TO LIVE HAPPY, HE WAS PROMISED ALL THIS NICE STUFF AND WHEN THE MAN TOOK ALL MY SONS SAVINGS. THEN SHOWED A SHELL DUMPY TRAILER AND MANY PROBLEMS AND KEPT ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, WHEN HE'D ALREADY SAID THE RENT TO OWN HOME, WAS FULLY UTILITY READY, INCLUDED, AND HE ALSO CHARGED HIM A DOUBLE RATE, BECAUSE,HOW CAN YOU TAKE A YOUNG PERSONS FULL SAVINGS AND THEN SAY OH WELL!! ***** FOR YOU? HE EVEN DEMANDED MY SON LEAVE OR ELSE IN STANCE? HE ASKED MY SON TO SIGN, AND THEN, INSTANTLY STAMPED THE ***** WITH NO REFUND. NOT ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE! DIRTY !! NOT A NICE MAN.
