    Ordered a groundwater model that costs over $1795 in May 2024. On their website, it stated the order would be ready to ship in 2 weeks. I followed up with ******* ****** from Creative Labworks. She informed me there was a delay due to staffing issues and the order was delayed but in process. I understood the situation. It was then July and we still did not hear anything about the order. I reached out to ******* to request a refund. ******* responded by apologizing and informed us that the order was scheduled to ship by the end of the month. According to her, they had experienced sudden deaths within their staff and were greatly affected. We empathized with her and told her that we were okay with them shipping out the order by the end of August. The end of August came around and we didn't receive a tracking number nor update. We had no other choice but to request a refund. But, when we requested the refund, we didn't hear back from *******. We have tried calling her business phone number and the company's --- they go straight to voicemail. We have reported her to our bank. This experience has been poor and we feel like Creative Labworks is fraudulent. We just want our money back.
