      Zero stars for this poorly ran franchise. The owner should have a better grasp on the text messages they send out to customers. They send out text messages about promotions they are not even running. They sent a message saying that they would pay off my phone and credit me $650 to $1,000 on a new one, then turned around and said that they would not honor their own text. ****, the manger at the Indiana location, is completely unprofessional and quite frankly is a terrible representation of that company and the owner lacks the interest in calling up escalated customer service issues. I highly recommend sticking with corporate ran ******* locations in my area so as not to be disappointed with texts "being sent in error".

      I purchased an Apple IPhone on 11/15/2021 and was promised a $420.00 Promotional rebate, but never received it. I even gave up my Apple IPhone 10 S as part of the promotion. I am being charged monthly installments and the phone should have been paid off because I gave them the balance minus the 420.00 promotion and was told I would get this back after the January billing. I even contacted Verizon Correspondence in Albany, New York in July 2022, but they have never responded to my letter. This will affect any future dealings with Verizon.
