    Nightmare. This company does not cover you on parts labor or rental. They refuse to pay the full costs and only reimburse as little as possible. My rental car bill was ******* and they sent me a ***** reimbursement check. It took the dealership a month to get the part in and i was given the run around by the warranty company who kept telling me they can't tell me what my plan covered until they got the work done. Autotech guard needs to be put out of business.

    This is the worst warranty company EVER. I had two issues that I attempted to contact them on that would be covered under the warranty and was never able to get anyone on the phone. In spite of purchasing a $2595 warranty, I ended up having to pay out of pocket. A month later I was in an accident where it totaled my vehicle and I cancelled the warranty. I have been trying to get my refund back for the warranty for over 3 months now. They will not give me any information and continue to say that they only will communicate with the auto dealer that we purchased it from which is Gary M******. DO NOT, I Repeat, DO NOT do any business with this fraudulent company!.
