      Brian W*** and I discussed wanting to get my finc affairs in order, due to severe medical issues that I was having, for the person taking over my estate after my passing.
      I am one of Brian W***’s 16 civil case losses totaling $27, 550.65. *************************************************  (link to the courthouse).
      I have a 7 pg 16,000 word doc plus text msgs, court docs and a police report that backup my narrative of how it took 213 days to finally get my $1592 back after not receiving any services.
      o Lied about scheduling the first meeting.
      o Lied about scheduling the second meeting.
      o Refusing to acknowledge my text for a third meeting.
      o Lying that he had already started working on my paperwork because he refused to provide proof that he started before I arrived at his office.
      o Refuse to return my personal paperwork, it was at his home. I told him that I would be back the next day to retrieve my personal paperwork. I have a photograph of his car in the parking lot the following day and he never notified me that he was in the office.
      o Lied that he would send me my completed tax paperwork/my personal tax records the next week via the certified mail.
      o Lied to the police saying that he would send my completed tax paperwork/my personal tax records via the certified mail the next week.
      o Violated PII state and federal rules by keeping records that contain PII longer than necessary.
      After loosing the case, he refused to pay the court the amout due. I had to hire the Sheriff to and finally received payment.

      Mr. Wade requests to be paid up front and then does not render any services. He scams people out of their money and does not complete any accounting or bookkeeping services. Whenever you reach out to him for any updates he gives 1000 excuses. I requested a refund for services not rendered and the return of my business and tax information and he still has not my business documentation (Receipts etc.). He refuses to meet in person to discuss the matter and avoids answering the phone to discuss it. I went to him in March of 2023 with the expectation that he would file an extension and complete my 2022 taxes. He was paid $1040.00 up front to cover January 2023- April 2023. We was also paid $260 every month from May 2023-Septemeber 2023 to be my bookkeeper and he never did anything for me and my business but has been paid $2340.00 in total. Every time I ask for an update or proof that he has done something, he never provides any proof.

      We hired this business for bookkeeping and accounting and payroll services on the recommendation of a personal acquaintance. Brian is not a CPA. They were quite expensive compared to similar businesses. There were multiple errors made in all aspects of services which resulted in additional time and expenses to correct. You have to follow-up on things you are paying them to do. Do not reccommed.
