      My experience dealing with this agency has been horrible. They failed to practice due diligence during a property sale, which resulted in myself (the buyer and new property owner) being held liable for debts incurred prior to the time I'd signed any paperwork or took possession of the property.I had left an honest Google review (void of specific names, dates, other personal information, etc.) detailing my experience. Within hours the previous property owner received a phone call from Acquire Settlement Services in Bedford, PA urging them to pressure me into removing the review. Which I, against my best judgement, did.To even think that doing any of this is remotely okay is beyond all comprehension. If you mess up, at least admit it and fix it. Or if nothing else, use it as a lesson to do better in the future. It is very unprofessional of them to do this, and I am left feeling like I've sacrificed my own integrity to appease this business and avoid future repercussions in the community by attempting to let any of their present and future clients know things to look for when using their services.Honestly, I am questioning if by submitting this information to the BBB I'm somehow facing future retaliation. But if I don't let this be known, I worry that I've failed to make others aware. I'd rather be able to sleep peacefully at night knowing I've done the right thing and was part of the solution, rather than the continuation of a problem.

However, please keep in mind that there are two sides to every story and this customer review is a far reach of the actual events. This customer was never held responsible for anything other than what occurred after her purchase of her property.
