  I had hired two individuals to repair all cracks with hot tar, then seal coat complete driveway. They gave us a price of $11K we declined and said it was too much, they contacted us several times and then came back out and dropped the price to $5825.00 and said since you are seniors and felt bad they lowered it for us. So they came back and actually started the job as expected but just in front of our house then they painted over the remaining cracks with black paint, they also did not seal the driveway like expected. We feel as senior citizens and handicapped people fraud and misrepresentation and scammed by this company, they also offer 100% guarantee, but refuses to come back and told me never to contact them again. Our driveway looks embarrassing and takes value away from our house. We also want to stop these people from ripping off senior citizens or anyone for that matter.

  I first want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. However, upon reviewing the details of the complaint, we have found several discrepancies and bold face lies that contradict the facts. We take all customer concerns seriously, but we stand by our policies and procedures in this matter. We do always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and will continue to do so. We attached all communication records dating back to August 2022 when ************************************* first reached out to us. In the text, you will find that we have done work for ******************** previously repairing potholes on his driveway, before any communications were negotiated to seal coat and crack fill the rest of his driveway. In the text, you will see how happy ******************** was with our work and that he wanted to leave us a good review on our website. You will see there is no mentioning of fraud or misrepresentation. You will also see that back in October we lowered the original estimate of $7500 (not $11000) to $5800. We gave ******************** an estimate of the square footage of his driveway which was a little over, 13000 sq ft. we accounted for the abundant amount of cracking and to seal coat his entire driveway. What we were not able to account for was the neglect of the driveway and what was happening underneath it. Years of neglect and poor maintenance and trying to fix the problems himself as you can read in the text, he used non industry products which left craters and blank spaces underneath his cracking that we were not able to visibly see. So, when we were filling the cracks with industry leading hot tar we were also filling the large holes beneath the cracks. As we started to fill the cracks, we were using far more material than originally quoted for. For that job we planned on using roughly 400lbs of hot tar blocks but ended up having to use over 600lbs which ******************** was not charged for. After we hot tarred the majority of the cracking which in the estimate was only $1100, we then completely seal coated his entire driveway which was $4725. We were not prying on the elderly, if anything we were helping him out. As 50% of our customers, which now has surpassed over 200 customers, are typically of an older demographic. ******************** wanted a brand-new driveway for free. As you can see in the text attached, we have agreed to go back several times to address his concerns, You can clearly see in the messages we never once told ******************** to leave us alone or that we would never go back. That is a complete lie, and the documents support that. We have been nothing but respectful and forthcoming with ********************, but he continues to make it out like he is a victim and that we are trying to take advantage of him due to his age. We also attached some of our other customer reviews, where our customers are genuinely happy with the service we provide.  The seal coat we use is 100% rejuvenated gilsonite which we get from a licensed distributor and use on every job we do. There was absolutely no paint used at all, which is another lie being said against us. To make things worse, ******************** left us a bad review on ******* which I also attached. He is stating that we have committed fraud against him and other people in his area and surroundings, which is now slander and defamation of character and is affecting our business. Besides ********************, we have never had any issues with any of our other previous customers. I ask that you please take our side seriously and look at the facts to see that ******************** is not being truthful with his legal statement.

  I am rejecting this response because:this company is outright rip off company and I posted what happened to me to protect other senior citizens and all others to watch out for scam artist. they originally gave us a price of 11K, we rejected same saying too much money they called us several times and came out twice to get our business, they offered the exact same service for half the price so of course we took it, who wouldn't. i have over one hundred pictures to show and prove the cracks were not repaired and the seal coat not applied entirely. They also guarantee 100% satisfaction its been 3 months and they keep making excuses of why they could not come back. I also have E-mails to prove our communications. The also threatened my wife with their screaming and yelling until she wrote a check to protect herself.

  As far as giving them praise, they did come out and patch a few holes with cold patch and we were very happy so that is why we decided to go with them especially after a 50% discount. I am using any and all sources to stop this business and have their license revoked, legal action as well. A picture is worth a thousand words
