    322 SELF STORAGE STATES IN RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT, THE SERVICE ISSUES REPORTED WERE ADDRESSED IN A LEGAL MANNER.

    THE HISTORY OF THE CUSTOMERS RENTAL PERIOD HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED AND ATTACHED.  WE WERE ALSO UNABLE TO GET CORRECT ADDRESS 

    AND CONTACT INFORMATION DURING THE PERIOD OF THE RENTAL.  WE WAITED PAST THE OBLIGATION OF OUR CONTRACTED COMMITMENT BEFORE ACTION WAS

    TAKEN.

    ATTACHED ARE TWO DOCUMENTS.  1.  THE SIGNED CONTRACT.   2. PAYMENT HISTORY.

    FIRST, YOU LIED THAT YOU "SETTLED THIS IN A LEGAL MATTER". SECOND, YOU LIED ABOUT ANY COURT INVOLVEMENT IN YOUR PRIOR RESPONSE. YOU HAVE REFUSED TO RELEASE OWNER NAMES, THE NAME AND TITLE OF THE INSURANCE FOR YOUR PROPERTY AND BUSINESS, AND THEREFORE THAT INTERFERES WITH ME TAKING YOU TO COURT. THIRD, THERE ARE SPECIFIC STEPS THAT THE LAW MANDATES YOU TO TAKE BEFORE SELLING SOMEONES PROPERTY. THOSE STEPS WERE NOT TAKEN. ALSO, YOU LIED IN A PHONE CALL RIGHT AROUND THE TIME YOU DID THIS AND TOLD ME MY UNIT WAS OKAY, YET IN YOUR PRIOR RESPONSE SUBMITTED PAPERWORK THAT SAYS "UNIT UNPAID" SO WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME "EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD". NEXT, MY LAST PHONE CALL AFTER DISCOVERING THAT MY ITEMS WERE GONE, I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO BE SENT THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF MY STUFF BEFORE IT WENT GOD KNOWS WHERE, BY EMAIL AND DONT SAY THATS NOT TRUE BECAUSE THE CALL WAS RECORDED, AND THAT ALSO DID NOT HAPPEN. YOU REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION AS TO IF YOU USED AN AUCTION COMPANY OR SOLD IT YOURSELF. IN THE RECORDED CALL YOU ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR NAME OR TALK AND SAY "TAKE ME TO COURT", YET I CANNOT WITHOUT PROPER INFORMATION. I PERIODICALLY CALLED TO CHECK ON MY UNIT AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD "EVERYTGING LOOKS GOOD. I HAVE THE RECORDS OF EACH TIME I CALLED, FROM MY CARRIER, WHICH SHOWS MORE OF YOUR LIES. I HAD WELL OVER 15K OR WAY MORE OF ITEMS IN THAT STORAGE UNIT AND THEY JUST VANISHED RIGHT? EVEN IRREPLACEABLES LIKE FROM THE DAY MY SON WAS BORN TILL HE WAS 14. YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER TO WHAT YOUVE DONE IN AN HONEST MANNER, AND ARE IMPEDING ON MY ABILITY TO TAKE YOU TO COURT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH NAMES, INDURANCE, BUSINESS EIN, AND EVERYTHING ELSE.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve the complaint. The picture provided shows a small spot of a huge unit that is depicting after items have been sorted through. It does not show the whole unit, nor is it prior to tampering which is required. You also lied about the payments. Second, YOUR property insurance and business insurance was requested. You also tampered with original information. You have not followed what is required by the state. There's more, and I can submit the audio and records as well. You only did this after I named the beneficiary for the unit to erase and destroy records on top of whatever other motives you created. 

    This is not closed or satisfactory. You are crooks.
