      I placed an online order for pickup at the ************* McDonalds on October 22. Due to an extremely long drive through line that hadn't move in well over ****************************************************************************************************** a spot. After parking and putting my parking spot in the app, I waited....and waited....and waited while other cars and patrons on food were served first. To my amazement, McDonalds populated an "Enjoy Your Meal" message approximately 45 minutes later indicating my food had been given to **** filled out a complaint form to McDonalds corporate who responded the next day stating they notified the franchise owner. ****** from the franchise owner company called me the next day on October 24 and left a voicemail asking what they could do to make the situation better. I called ****** back twice on October 25 and each time the calls went to voicemail in the middle of ringing.Due to health reasons, I was unable to reach back out until November 13 and left a voicemail asking for a call back. I then called the next day on November 14 and left a voicemail again asking for a call back. Today is November 15 and I have left 2 voicemails asking for a call back. This makes a total of 7 phone calls with no answer and 4 voicemails with no response.Since ****** is clearly ignoring me and will not answers calls at ************, I have no option but to stand up to this arrogance by filing this complaint. The fact of the matter is I have paid for product I have not received and they will not return my calls. How absolutely arrogant, pathetic and cowardly.

      I and everyone else in this area could go on for days about this location. My gripe is they refuse to update their hours. They have not been open 24 hours for almost 2 years but still have their hours posted as such. It makes huge headaches for myself as a door dasher and others as well that show up to pick up orders and cannot because they are not reporting their store hours. If we have to cancel the orders at no fault of our own because we are sent there because they claim to be open, we do not get paid. Customers ordering whom I just spoke with said they don't get refunded for canceling because I am there waiting. It's a huge mess for everyone that could be completely avoided if they reported correct store hours. There were 3 door dashers with me tonight sent to pick up orders from a closed store. It's not right. If they don't have the employees to work the hours, they should have to adjust them and report those accordingly. Arby's right down the road did exactly that. Please help!! I have no where else to turn. I've wrote to corporate and it did nothing. I thank you for your time whomever you are reading this.
