      Walt and his team at Constructive Design did some work at our home. New fireplace, new back doors, trim etc. Going w Walt and his team was an easy choice after seeing the work he has done for a friend that was quite extensive. The work Walt does is great and we receive complements on all the work he does. I highly recommend Constructive Design when looking to get your next project done - large or small. We are going to continue to use Constructive Design for our next set of projects: new floors, bathroom, enclosed porch update. Walt communicates well, takes pride in his work, and moves quickly to not waste time bc he is in high demand.

      Walt was recommended by my neighbors and he has done an excellent job with our concrete stairs. My stairs began to crack and chip, and Walt resurfaced our concrete steps. My stairs are now beautiful and are also safe to walk on. He will do more work in our bathroom and we are looking forward to having him at home soon!

      I had an outstanding experience with Walt and Constructive Designs and would highly recommend this business--in fact, I've already recommended it to family and friends. Walt's knowledge and skillset are excellent and it's clear he takes pride in his work. On top of that, he is extremely responsive, transparent on his pricing and will work to meet deadlines. He assisted in repair work on my home as I prepared to list for sale and I was very happy with the services I received. He goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly.
