    In March of 2024 my mom passed away. The following week my brother and I made arrangements and paid for ******* **** monuments to engrave my mom's name and dates of birth and death on the tombstone in the cemetery she was buried. We had to pay the money up front. The work was not yet done on memorial day and was not even done six months later when this business had a fire destroying the business. I have called and left messages and no return calls have been made by them to me. It has been six months since their fire and a year since we paid them the money to have this work done. They have not reached out to return our money or tell us when we can expect this service to finally be done. We are very angry about this situation now and want our money back since they have now had our money for over a year.

    I forgot to include in my complaint that my brother's name, **** ********, may be the one on the contract since he was the one who took our payment to the company and this is regarding the tombstone of my mom, ******* ********,

    We have reached out to **** *******, the one who originally, filed the complaint.  After speaking to her, it has been decided and agreed by her and us, that we will be sending her a refund in full.
