I meet with Will to see about a Flexion roof for my daughter's house. I informed him at this time we were having the box gutters relined with either tin, zink, or copper. He said that was not a concern because of the use of termination bars. Later I was sent the estimate and paid a $2414.00 deposit. ******* ***** which has my last name spelled incorrectly and my daughter's house address. We had the gutter work done and was informed by the contractor doing this work that a termination bar could not be used as this would not let the gutters expand and contact properly. I called Great Lakes and they got back to me and said they could adhere to them. We finally scheduled the work and they sent a sub contractor who never worked on a house with box gutters. He did not know how to seal the roof to them and they were trying to figure it out over the phone. I said that I wanted to contact the manufacturer of the roofing and get there guidance first. I called and spoke with the corporate material specialist and he informed me that there was no way to use their product for this and that none of their products are to be used on residential applications. I call the sales rep for Great Lakes informed him of this and ask for my deposit to be returned. It was not. I call again and spoke with the owner Kenneth and he said that it was an oversite, but I still have not received the deposit. My personal mailing address is *** *** ***** ** ****** ** *****. My daughter lives at the address listed on the receipt. But nothing has come to either address. If refunded my correct spelling of my name should be used. That is ******** *** ********* as it appears on the receipt.

First of all I would like to add that we do not use any subcontractors our guys were on the roof. Secondly the sales guy Will was terminated for issues of this sort that we have had to deal with. We submitted a refund to the address that we were given on file. That check was not cashed so we submitted an additional payment that the owner personally sent.
Additionally *** ******** is a business owner also and never reached out to say he didn’t receive his down payment back or we would have looked into it since it was sent on July 17th and the second on Sept 21st

      Thank you,
