I don't even know WHY I still deal with these people. The customer service is very embarrassing. I called a few minutes ago with questions about my claim and the adjuster was rude and dismissive. I called her out about it and she says shes not here for customer service. Really? Who trains these people. Really, I wanna know why this continues to be allowed.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

We are in receipt of ********************** correspondence in regards to her claim and would like to take the opportunity to respond to her concerns. ********************** policy provides only $10,000 of property damage liability coverage. As a result of the accident, the other vehicle, a 2024 International LT625, which was parked and unattended at the time of the accident, sustained significant damage in the amount of $20,497.05. Since this amount exceeds ********************** $10,000 property damage liability limit, the adjuster advised ****************** of the settlement process and advised her that all attempts would be made to settle the other vehicle's claim within the $10,000.00 limit. The adjuster explained to ****************** that there could be a possibility that the other insurance carrier might not agree to the settlement attempt and pursue ****************** directly. It is the companys expectation that we provide satisfactory service to our consumers and apologize for any communication or service issues that might have occurred during the handling of ********************** claim.Review fromStacey O

If I could give a negative star I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I have never done any business where you cant speak to a manager. I have been told for over two weeks some one will contact me regarding my policy I pay each month but isnt showing I have coverage. My registration was suspended behind this and showed I havent had coverage since February its now May almost June. The customer service reps are very unprofessional and non seem to want to help. This has been a big inconvenience. Found out thru mail my registration was suspended but was told by insurance company my insurance was valid but its not showing in the dmv its valid. This is turning into a nightmare. I have been paying for insurance but someone didnt do something right so I have been changing driving my vehicle not knowing Im uninsured.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

The vehicle was added to the policy effective 11/8/23 and reported to the *** on 11/9/23. On 1/10/24, the *** returned the info as Non-Matching VIN. This generally occurs when the vehicle was not registered within 45 days of reporting. On 5/29/24, the Company updated the transaction with the ***. We have contacted Ms. **** by email to address the issues stated. We regret that the service experience received was less than adequate. It is the companys expectation that we provide satisfactory service to our customers in all situations. We apologize for any miscommunication and frustration that *** have been experienced.Review fromDaniel W

I am filing a complaint against this establishment for false advertising and representation. Mrs. Brenna S*****, a claims representative of this company has failed for 5 months to reimburse me for rental fees that we're incurred as a result of their client.I reached out to her and let's say that she was very rude. I even reached out to her on Facebook and of course she blocked me. I reached out to Mr. Steve B***** and he immediately informed me not to contact her.I am currently filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I will try and exhaust everything and effort to expose this malicious company and pray that they could find better employees to provide the right customer service.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

We are in receipt of Mr. W******'s review which was filed with the BBB. Mr. W****** was struck in the rear by a party insured with our company. Mr. W******'s collision claim was handled by Progressive, his own insurance carrier. However, Mr. W******'s vehicle was in three different repair facilities and due to the delays in the repair process, Mr. W****** is out of pocket for a portion of his rental expenses which we are still attempting to confirm with Progressive. The adjuster has been in regular contact with Progressive and has also provided the status with Mr. W******. In regards to Mr. W******'s comment about our adjuster blocking him on Facebook, that is correct. Mr. W****** confirmed that he contacted our adjuster directly through her private, not work related, social media account. In addition, Mr. W****** commented on the adjuster's social media account and has since been advised by claims management that such contact was inappropriate and that any future claims related concerns should be made through our company's contact methods, which Mr. W****** has been provided with.Review fromChristina M

If I could give negative start I would! The lack of professionalism by the people they have representing this company is unbelievable and they should really focus on training Breena (claims) and Alison (under writing) on how to effectively do their jobs. Both of these women have caused intentional delays including sharing false information to cause a laps in coverage by their own personal assumptions about my policy. They are rude and very unprofessional. These women somehow believed the person driving my car that was involved in a accident was not included in the under writing process and canceled my policy after they were given proof of address. On top of that Allison then told me I need to provide proof of ownership for the vehicle that was totalled out. This company has spoke directly with my client holder along with paying off my car and now I need to provide proof? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

All of the reviews about this company are horrible. Customers do not even want to give you 1 star because this company doesn't deserve not even that much. You are not sorry because if you as a company cared, you would take action to seriously improve things. Like for instance the fact that it takes more than a week for a customer service rep to assist with the payment issues on your website. You would also improve the reps that provide the horrible customer service that you claim to care about so much.
Why is there always an issue with paying online? Do you not want the money? Like I just dont get it. People these days dont have time to stop a get a money order nor do people really write checks!! We are 2024- everything is electronic and convenient.
I am switching to a new insurance company as soon as this term is up. I've has enough. When you are taking people's money, you may want to extend courtesy, communication & convenience.
Shame on you Good2GO /Personal Service Insurance in Blue Bell, PA.Review fromPaige R.

Rate a 0!! Have been trying to talk to someone from good2go for months now! I have been on a policy with my parents since I been 16years old. Never had a single accident, speeding ticket...nothing. get into my first accident unfortunately at my fault. Got a letter stating I'm an excluded driver!!! Never in all these years have I been excluded. I have the original policy in hand showing my name as a listed driver. When I try to get a hold of someone from good2go to provide me with the signed legal document making myself excluded noone can seem to provide that. That's illegal! I wanted to speak to a higher up. Noone can connect me. It's either voicemail that no one ever calls back or send an email to an email address that says your not on the list and they won't accept it. Or submit an online request again..never hear back. Until proven otherwise someone from this company illegally made me excluded on my policy so they didn't have to pay out! I will end up paying out of pocket for the damage to the other vehicle and I will be looking into taking good2go to court for reimbursement and for insurance fraud on their behalf. Absolutely horrendous insurance. Once this case is closed I will absolutely be dropping coverage with them and taking my business elsewhere. Nothing but a scam!Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

We are in receipt of this review which appears to have been submitted by Mr. Robert D*******'s daughter, ***** *****. Ms. ***** was named as an excluded driver by her father, Mr. Robert D*******, on his automobile policy. At the time of the accident, Ms. ***** was driving, therefore, coverage for the claim was denied. Upon receipt of this review, the manager contacted Mr. D******* to discuss the review. Mr. D******* advised that he had recently received a copy of his application which confirmed that his daughter ***** ***** was named as an excluded driver and had no further questions. We apologize for any inconvenience that Ms. ***** or Mr. D******* experienced as a result of this claim.Paige R.

If I could give anything less than a 1, I surely would. On July 5,2023 my car was stolen from in front of my home. I immediately reported and filed a claim. I was assigned Angie M*** as an adjuster. She was rude, would not let me speak and never returned a phone call or email correspondence. My car was located and kept in police custody for a few days. I sent all police reports to Ms.M***. Once my car was released, it took over a week for the car to be picked up and transferred not to my choice of dealership to be fixed but to a salvage yard. I then had to locate car myself as no information was provided to me as to exactly where my car had been taken. Once I located it, it took over a week for it to be transported to Kia dealership. There was absolutely no contact from an adjuster, Kia reached out and it took almost a month for a response. A w-9 form was completed and sent to an adjuster however Good2go states that’s what they have been waiting on. Several attempts over the past 5 months have been made to reach out to and speak with claims adjusters, never an answer and when you call you wait on hold for hours!!! I have reached out, my finance company has reached out and Kia has reached out!! Apparently, Ms.M*** is no longer with the company and I was assigned a new adjuster and I may have spoken with her one time!! They continue to send me letters that they need 45 more days to review my claim. This has been occurring for the past 5 months. In the meantime, I do not have my car. My finance company paid for the repairs but took possession of the car because I could not afford to pay (I have lost income due to not having my car) and after a few weeks, sold the car at auction!!! I call every day and am placed on hold for hours!!! Horrible Horrible customer service. Ok insurance company until you need to file a claim!! I have reached out to an attorney to recover my losses!!Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

This insurance company is a total joke, and the claims adjuster person (whatever his title is) ELGIN H***** is so unprofessional and rude. I was in a no-fault car accident. My truck has been at the repair shop since the end of October. The truck is almost fixed, and ELGIN is denying final payment because of his personal opinion that the damage was caused prior to the accident and the milage. Mind you TWO different mechanics told him otherwise and that it was indeed from this accident. What do I pay insurance for every month and who does this "man" think he is. Please do not stay or go with Good2go auto insurance. Cancel your policy now and take your money elsewhere. I sure will. I still have no truck because this guy wants to sit in office behind a phone and computer screen and power trip. I had to learn the hard way. PLEASE don't let this happen to you.!!!! I will be escalating this issue and if I have to take ELGIN and Good2go to court let's go!!!!Good2Go Insurance, Inc.
