If I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have never chose to go with Good2Go Insurance Inc, I would have stayed with my previous Insurance Provider the only reason why I left them was because none of their mandates and regulations applied to me or the status of my vehicle as a justifiable reason to raise my rates almost $40 above what I was paying initially paying for Full Torque and other incentives that was included in my previous policy. Unfortunately it was no difference with Good2Go, which force me to lower my coverage to the bare minimum in order to be an insured motorist And when I questioned them about it they said it was state law and that everyone coverage pertain to whatever laws were implemented concerning other drivers and their vehicle status. Which is totally unfair because I have off street because it's always parked in my yard, it's never been in an accident, I don't have any points against my License, also which is equally important it is not one of the vehicles listed pertaining to high thefts and break-ins??? what's even more frustrating and alarming is that I had to keep calling them on several occasions because they got my name wrong on the policy. Once that was corrected I started having issues with them taking out their reoccurring payments from my account in a timely manner to present date. Why should I have to constantly remind Good2Go Insurance to take their payment out when I've set it up for it to come out automatically and you still fumble and mess it up Now adding insult to injury yesterday in the mail I received the notice of Cancellation or Refusal to Review' then at the insult to injury the Customer Service Contact number on the letter they sent yesterday the number is No Longer in Service and when I finally did get a number that was operable it tells me the office closed at 5:00 P.M! WHAT THE HELL??? If it was up to me I wouldn't have given them 1 Star they would have gotten Five 00000 as far as how I would rate them go. ??????Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying this company is a joke it's nearly impossible to get a hold for your claim rep & when your rep returns your call he/she has an attitude rushing to get off the phone doesn't even let you speak or ask questions.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

Everything was fine until I had bought a new car because my engine went in my other. So.....had to call to put the new car on my policy and take other off. Well website is a complete joke. All you can do is make payment, stupid policy jacket that has absolutely nothing you need in it. Says you can manage your policy when logged in ha nope no such thing. You can also look at payment history on website when logged in. I call now September 30th I went to tags title place to transfer everything and there they can transfer your insurance to new car. Well not with good Ole good2go. You have to call. On the phone on hold with customer service for an hour. I had my parents on their phones too trying to get them. Finally after trying for multiple days and all I needed was simple change of vehicles on policy I gave up. Called another auto insurance company and they emailed to good2go a cancelation letter. Never had that much difficulty or frustration with an insurance company in my life.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Trying to speak with someone in customer service is USELESS... I don't know how this company is still in business. Making a payment online is impossible because their "system is ALWAYS down" per a previous rep. Then trying to call and make a payment is like pulling teeth. I wish I could submit without giving any stars because it's definitely NOT deserved.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

We are in receipt of Mr. Ramirez’s BBB review in regards to an accident which occurred on September 18, 2023. On September 18, 2023, Mr. Ramirez contacted our company and reported that Jose E******, an unlisted member of his household, was driving one of his vehicles and had an accident with another vehicle. Mr. Ramirez reported that the unlisted household member, Mr. E******, who was driving his vehicle at the time of the accident was making a left turn when he collided with another vehicle which had gone around another vehicle in the “yellow strip”. On September 19, 2023, the adjuster contacted Mr. Ramirez to obtain additional information, however, Mr. Ramirez did not answer his phone and his voicemail was not set up. The adjuster then contacted Jose E******, the unlisted household member, who was driving at the time of the accident. Mr. E****** advised that the police found him at fault because he was turning left and the other party was going straight. The adjuster explained that the police report would be ordered to identify the other party and to assist with the investigation. Please note that it is documented that Mr. E****** then used profanity with the adjuster. On September 20, 2023, Mr. Ramirez contacted the adjuster and the adjuster explained that the liability investigation was still in process. Upon receipt of the police report and a discussion with the other party, the adjuster will then be able to complete the liability investigation. In regards to Mr. Ramirez’s comment about rudeness, anytime a customer uses profanity with one of our adjusters, the adjuster will terminate the call.
In regards to Mr. Ramirez’s comment about his policy being canceled, Mr. Ramirez’s policy is being reviewed due to underwriting guidelines.Review fromMarcus N

5 starsI got into an accident on 8/8/23 and my adjuster Kathy Burrell has been absolutely amazing and accommodating throughout this whole process. I’ve called numerous times with questions and she had reassuring answers, she sympathized with what I was going through and never made me feel like I was a bother. I pray that if you’re in a space where you’re in need of an auto adjuster that they carry out your case how Kathy did mine. Good2go should be proud to have her on staff.Review fromKris S

1 starMy car what hit in the back while parked in front of my house. The person who hit me is cover by Good2Go insurance. They are under insured- $5,000 coverage. The demange to my car is a $10,000 repair. I do have underinsured coverage through my insurance but need a letter from Good2Go is needed that states the person is underinsured(and of course they will need to pay StateFarm the $5,000), I can not get a response from Good2Go. I have been calling forover a month, StateFarm is calling. I am going to have to pay the $500 deductable plus the cost of the rental car because this company will not respond. If you need a card stating you are insured because you can't get coverage this is the company to use but if there is an accident do not expect help in getting your car covered or the person whose car you hit covered. I guess people using this company don't actually want coverage- they just need proof of insurance- and if they are in an accident- it is on the person they hit to cover the cost. Something needs to be done about holding these companies responsible and the people who use them responsible. I wasn't anywhere near my car when this accident happened and it is going to cost me a thousand. If you need an insurance card- Good2Go is the place for you but if you want actually coverage do not use this company!!!Review fromTara N G

Months of insurance payments and NO ATTEMPT to send valid ID card (mail or e-mail.) They NEVER send paper to sign making the policy invalid, but continue to take our payments. We signed on for Plymouth Rock; no communication given to let us know that Good2Go is the policy owner. They cancel the policy when the payment posts the next day, and refuse to return our payment. I was hit by their insurer while I was parked on the street. My car was totaled out. My car was worth 9000.00. Because nj only requires 5000 property damage. Well I’m only able to get a portion of this. As my car jumped and hit the car in front of me. My adjuster Leslie was extremely rude. This company has very poor customer service. I felt like I was speaking with honey Boo boo mom when she is angry. Never the less I spoke with her manager doraty. Much better but because I didn’t get along with Leslie now my wait for the check will be longer so it was 2 in a half months to get an out of state check. That will now take another 5 to 7 days to clear. My car has been sitting at the auto body for this amount of time. They are just so laxy daisy. Slow and totally not normal. It’s the attitude for me for no reason. Someone needs to get the doors closed here. They are not equipped with the proper tools and people to process these claims in a timely manner.Good2Go Insurance, Inc.

1 starGood2go is just a scam! I have been dealing with a claim for more than two months to be told that I was accidentally left off the claim since it was multiple cars! I was then told misinformation and have been pushed around to other adjusters. I have been calling the claim adjuster when it is their job to call and inform me as to what is happening. Our crash was a complete total loss and has been difficult to get life back to normal thanks to the person who crashed into us. It is now the end of October.
