      On 1/29/2023 I decided to buy a pair of Adidas ultra boosts through Dicks hearing about how comfortable they were for a working environment requiring much physical labor.

      Dicks was close to me and had same day shipping which I found to be nice, after ordering I waited for the shoes to be delivered and several hours later around 4pm or so when they were marked as delivered I checked outside and my order did not in-fact arrive, I decided it was probably a problem with their system and it might just be late, nope a few hours later no shoes still.
      After waiting this long I decided I should call support sooner rather then later and figure out where my order is. I was the phone with support and eventually was transferred to another department where they told me to just dispute the charge and hung up when they could've just refunded it themselves.

      I politely contacted chat support after and then asked why and they responded back with a harsh attitude saying there was a picture and that I acknowledged it, I told them a picture doesn't prove that I received my item and that the driver could've just taken the package or something else could've happened.
      I asked for the photo and for empathy because I could not afford buying those shoes and not receiving them for my foot pain in my menial job they ignored this and showed no empathy no way to resolve the issue, I simply asked for a one time refund as a new costumer and then they left before I could respond. Dicks Sporting Goods is unprofessional does not have empathy for their costumers, just know if you ever order through them or their same day shipping its somehow on you to make sure its delivered to your address and their not gonna do a single thing about it but hangup and ignore you while they have your money. Do not do business with this company because customer service is practically pointless and non existent at-least from what I seen I'm out of $200+ dollars and respect for this company unless this is resolved.

      I purchased a bat on 4/10/21. He used it only one season and it has a crack. I did not have my receipt so I first attempted to call the Dicks Sporting Goods customer service line. They found my receipt after about 45 minutes on the line. The person said they would email me the information. The email never came to my inbox. A few days later I used the chat on the website. The person was able to quickly help me and email me the receipt. During this conversation I told the story and asked if the store would exchange the bat for a new one. They said “yes” as long as I had my receipt and ID since it’s been over a year. I called the nearest Dicks to confirm the bat could be exchanged. The person (Hector) had assured me the exchange can take place. This is after I told him the situation including the date of purchase, and used for a season. I went to the store on Charleston. The cashier started to ring up the exchange and got help from a manager. He let me know right away they can not do the exchange due to it being more than a year. I asked why did no one tell that from customer service and the store? He then punched something in the register and said the numbers were missing from the emailed receipt. I then chatted again spending an hour at the store to get the numbers. At this time the manager then said the receipt did not show up in the system there fore I can not get an exchange. I asked for the district manager number but he said he can not give it and gave me the generic customer service line. I feel he did not want to do the return and found multiple excuses as to not exchange the bat. I let him know and showed what I went through. He just made excuse after excuse. My son is now left without a bat and my families time was waisted for nothing. I would like a return or a call back from a district manager to explain and find options for mine and my families time spent, calling, and waiting at the store. I was told the exchange can happen by Dicks employees.

      My husband received an email that he had an online pickup in Reading Pa at Dicks sporting goods, we live 3 and a half hours from Reading! He calls immediately they tell us that there isn't anything further they can do the order is picked up, within 10 minutes of my husband getting the email!! We obviously call our bank to cancel his card, we just got took for $220. Dicks tells us there isn't anything they can do since the debit card is now canceled, which I later come to find is a lie courtesy of our bank USAA. I was told if $220 "hurt my account" I should consider using online merchants. Now we haven't shopped with Dicks in probably over 2 years! I tell the agent to cancel my husband's online profile/rewards whatever she needs to do, I want it all canceled. I'm informed that we are. Our bank calls us the next morning to tell us THE SAME PERSON is trying to make 4 more purchases of $170. Clearly nothing was done at all...and Dicks is just wiping their hands and telling us "nothing we can do about your money you canceled the debit card". Well it's a good thing we did, THE SAME person tried to us our card the very next day AGAIN.

      January 19, 2023, Night time around 7:00pm-8:30pm.
      Two purchases both totalling $282.06.
      There were signs all over the store letting us know that we could use the QR code to sign all over the store let us know that we can use the QR code in order to find out how much the items in the store were. Outside of the store, there were signs that said 70% off. The shoes I scanned said $29.99 but at the register, they checked out as 69.99. The manager in a very rude manner told us she could not honor the price and that we could go elsewhere if we did not like the price they offered us.
      The store did not try to offer a solution, instead one of the employees mentioned that if we did not like the price we could go to ****** and pay full price.

      My family and I went to Dick's for their 70% off sale that was posted on the racks with the QR code they had on 1/19/2023. I attempted to purchase 4 pairs of shoes at 70% off and the manager stated that because they somehow made the mistake of putting up the signs as well as their website accepting the QR to reflect the 70% off, I could no longer receive that percentage and if I wanted to purchase my shoes I would have to buy them at the 50% off their register was marking the items at. Because of this I was now only able to purchase 2 pairs because the others were too expensive. I saw the manager give another customer that purchased over 60 pairs of shoes the 70% off and would not honor the percentage they posted. Now today, 1/20/2023 all itmes are 75% off and I am unable to get a refund due to all their items being Final Sale.
      My children and I needed new shoes for school and work and now I cannot find any shoes due to them being almost sold out of items my size.
      All I would like is for them to give me the difference of the percentage I should have been given.

      I purchased a coat online from a company called "Public Lands" on 12/22/22. The company is actually Dicks Sporting Goods which I was not aware of at time of purchase.

      I was home at the time and date of delivery on 12/26/22. The package never arrived. I live in a building with a doorman who receives and logs in packages.

      I notified the company via email on 12/28/22 that I did not receive my order and never received a reply. They sent an order totaling $227.54 using fedex with no signature required.

      I notified fedex and initiated a lost package claim. I was notified that the package was delivered despite the fact that no picture was included and their proof of delivery has no delivery address.

      Dick's Sporting Goods dba Public Lands ***aged in spurious business activities: Doing business under another name, never responding to my email, shipping orders without requiring a signature. The lost of $227.54 should not be my burden.

      To date, as of January 26, 2023, the credit is still conditional. I will consiider this matter closed when the credit is permanent as per my credit card account.

      Attached are email communications between me and Jeffrey M***** of Dick’s Sporting Goods. He is claiming that they have tried unsuccessfully to credit my account in the amount of $227.54.

      I called Citi on 1/27/23 and they advised me that no refund was issued nor would they deny any incoming credit to my account.

      This matter is not settled until I receive a refund or my conditional credit is made permanent.

      I had a fraulent order on my dicks sporting good account. as soon as,I found out I reached out to them. I told them both orders,were fraudulent the rep said,she,could only cancel one so,I said yes. She told,me she,would,cancel the order. well the next day I look and the order says fulfilled with a tracking number I immediately go online and talk to another rep. I sent screen shots of thr conversations where the rep said they canceled the order. the new asks to send the screenshots. I send them and then they say they can't cancel the order. told me wait and return the items. I again reiterated its a fraudulent order and they do nothing.

      I went to the store yesterday (01/19/2023) and used their marketed QR code to scan the pricing of some shoes. The system & marketing were showing at 70% off.
      When we got to the register, the cashier told us they were aware of a system error and the shoes were 50% off on their end.
      I told him he should still honor the pricing because they have the QR price checking in every aisle of the store.
      I spoke with the manager also and she refused to honor the pricing for me, and other customers in the store, except for one couple who purchased over 8 shipment boxes of shoes.
      I bought the merchandise because I didn't want them to not be there when their system finally had them reflecting the 70% off that was in the QR price-checking link.
      Their link states price may change at register, but doesn't state under what circumstances. And clearly states it's only valid on the day I made my purchase, and at the store # I shopped at.

      On 1/05/2023 I ordered two (2) pair of Brooks Running shoes from ******************.com. On 1/10/2023, I received a notification that my shoes were delivered, so I rushed home to get them to attend a running event. However, when I opened the box I realized that I had in fact, received a different order. Inside my box were two pair of kid sized Nike's. I don't wear Nike's... ever. Not only was I terribly disappointed but I realized there may be some child out there who is gravely disappointed as well. I called Dick's and spoke to a customer service rep who was disrespectfully rude and loud and continued to speak over me. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an employee at a national retailer. I asked for a supervisor and the customer service rep snarkily responded that the supervisor was not going to do anything that she hadn't done already. The level of service was horrible. As a first-time purchaser from Dick's, I do not recommend shopping online for items. I am not sure if they have a quality control team who inspects packages prior to being shipped out to customers. The entire ordeal was the worst customer experience ever for me. More tragic than the customer service at any ******** I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. I need Dick's to get it together.
