      Do not trust them with any special orders!! I ordered a Ping utility wedge from their Scottsdale store on January 19. No club received and no contact for over 30 days. I checked with Ping and they told me orders were currently being filled within 3-5 business days. I called the store and they told me I had to call their customer service department. I called them and they sent me back to the store. I finally reached someone, but they said I had an invalid order number, even though I was reading I right off the printed receipt they gave me at the store. I finally connected last week with someone who said he was on top of it, and would call Ping to get an expected delivery date, and then call me back with an update. As of yesterday, no call back. I called the store again, and they told me that Ping couldn’t find the order. This is 39 days since I placed the order in store and paid for it. Incredible incompetence and horrible customer service!!

      I was on their website 4hrs prior to the stanley black chroma drop as 5 to to minutes before 12:00 pm you could no longer see the image. As soon as it hit 12:00 pm I called customer service beacuse the image was not available to be told they were sold out. I tried on my laptop and tablet to see if maybe doing it on my phone was a problem. Had the same issue with all of them.how is it possible that the item could be sold out when it all of the sudden was no longer showing more than 4 hours prior to it being released.

      Went to ducks in Keller Texas inn alliance and never felt so embarrassed went to buy a pair of tennis shoes when ready to purchase I was inform that see had to walk me to the front it was a gentleman before me they had no problem letting him take shoes and go but for me I had to follow the lady and buy the shoes in shirt I returned the shoes and will not buy at dicks again 60 year old black man I was not going to run out the store

      Dicks Sporting Goods is now a company with no honor towards their clients. Yesterday they offered a limited sale on Fitness Gear Olympic Plates. I placed my order got an email saying my order was ready for pick up and then another order saying my order was cancelled. I called the customer service and they said it was a glitch on their system (what a joke of excuse) and they were not honor the advertised sale price. I wont spend a dime on Dicks Sporting Goods ever again and support a company that has cero sense of honor towards their customers and conducta shady business practices.

      Brought a pair of cleats up to the counter after our daughter tried on and liked them. They told ** at the register that they would not sell them to us explaining it was their fault it should t be on the shelf yet. Didnt try to accommodate the customer instead we wasted an hour of our lives because of their mistake. Our five year old left the store crying.They dont deserve even the one star. Terrible customer service even after their incompetence caused the issue.

      Dicks was already bad. I hardly ever shopped there. Prices are too high compared to anywhere else. Horrible customer service. Now they've bought out Moosejaw. They will ruin them too. And they've already started. They totally changed the website. I lost all of my Moose Bucks. Moosejaw was really fun. They also had great customer service. I guess big Monopolies know their customer base better than smaller companies. They had a good thing going. I give Moosejaw 5 years tops now. Way to drop the ball. Shoulda left well enough alone.

      The online ordering experience and customer experience is terrible. All email boxes are "unattended" and require you to call and be on hold. They give store pick up orders to other customers without checking IDs. Often no confirmation emails are sent. When you call to get refunds or register a complaint they act as though they are doing you a favor and remind you it can't happen again.

      ZERO STARS! For their horrible customer service! I purchased 2 pairs of Nike sweatpants for a gift at Christmas time on different days. Lots of shopping and out of the 59 receipts I had I can not find the receipt for one of the pairs. I purchased the same style just a different color for $90 a pair, which is ridiculous in itself for sweatpants. Anyways they were too small. I was able to exchange one pair without an issue but the black pair with no receipt I am unable to exchange for a larger size. So now I have a brand new pair of Nike pants with the tag on them that are useless that I paid $90 plus tax for !!!!! I called corporate and they are no help either. If I want a gift card I could have one for $8.30 for the $90 pair of pants!!! They are still selling them in the store for $90 but I can only have a gift card for $8.30 what a f****** joke this store is! I will NEVER spend my hard earned money in this store ever again. Its not like I wanted money back all I wanted was a larger size. And even when the pants were never worn, in brand new condition, with the tags still on them I get sc****d! Horrible horrible customer service and exchange policy. Dont shop at Dicks!!

      El 14 de enero compré unas botas ,Columbia y del lado derecho ,empezó hacer un ruido extraño,fui ala tienda y el manager ****** me dijo que no podía hacer nada ,que comprara otro par por qué no melas podía cambiar ,la verdad no fue nada amable,fue una muy mala experiencia

      I wont ever order from Dicks again. I ordered shoes and they never came. Called customer service and they sent a new pair out. Original order ended up coming too. I called and they told me I had to drive to the store and return them after their mistake. About a week later I bought a pair of boots online. They were $77. The next morning they were $38 and had my exact sz. When I called to get a price match they had run out of my sz and wouldnt price match their own store because it wasnt the exact sz that they had just the day before. It was a Sunday and I didnt think that their customer service was open so I didnt call. Im frustrated that my time and money was wasted and CS wasnt helpful.
