      HORRIBLE. THEY USE "AIT" FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP OF A RECUMBENT BIKE--- ENTIRELY TURNING OVER THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER TO THIS EXTREMELY TACKY COMPANY-- WHICH HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH BY PHONE AND WHICH USES AUTOMATED EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND HAS THREE TIMES (3) CANCELLED THE DELIVERY DATE! IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE PURCHASE OF THIS BIKE--- DICK'S MANAGER WOULDN'T CORRECT THIS SITUATION .... COMPLETELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN'T EVEN CANCEL THE ORDER THROUGH DICK'S BECAUSE THEIR MANAGER SAID IT HAS TO BE CANCELLED THROUGH AIT. IT SEEMS THAT EVERY TIME YOU THINK CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T BE FURTHER DEBASED, PEOPLE LIKE THIS LOWER THE STANDARD EVEN FURTHER.

      I was looking at purchasing a new treadmill and did a quick ****** search. DICKs showed up as a sponsored ad, advertising a new Nordic Track treadmill at 60% off! It was listed as $1599, marked down from $4,000. I looked at the Nordic Track website and the treadmills MSRP is not $4,000, its only $1799. DICKs is selling it for 12% off, not 60% off like they are advertising.

      I placed an online order on 12/24/23 for a pair of air **** sneakers and they sent me a pair of used filthy shoes with dirty shoe strings and dirty ****** on both shoes and dirty skid marks on the bottom of both pair of the shoes and to add more insult they shipped the shoes in shoe box that didn't even have a lid/top on it and it wasn't the orginal shoe box, they are pathetic and I will never order anything else from their store again, they don't respect or honor their loyal customers to even ship out a customer used filthy shoes.

      Horrible Customer Service.I received a golf range finder, sold only in Dick's stores, for X-Mas. I already have one at the gift came from out of state. I checked their store return policy and it states if I don't have a receipt I would receive store credit which I was good with. I have an account with them and have spent large sums of money on golf clubs there, Ping's. So I went to the ***** ** store and the employee behind the service counter was anything but helpful and offered to give me $10.00 for an item, in original perfect packaging, that was purchased for $229.99. I will be cancelling my ****'s account, will never step foot in their store again and will be online sharing this everyone who will listen. Shame on you D***

      I place online a order and pay with afterpay I returned the item at the store and they refund me but they never did the return on afterpay page so afterpay charge me the full amount after months chatting and calling dicks they dont want to responsible I contact afterpay and they said dickssports never did the return part so they cant refund me the money until they send proof of the return of the item on the store. So now I am without the item and paid a full amount of the item. I want my refund

      Purchased shoes online. When received they were obviously worn and I dont mean worn a little bit. They had stains all over them were cut up and the worst part was they smelled. Really not a pair of shoes that were tried on and then returned. These were a pair of shoes that were months old. Not only that I called them pre-shipping because the color they sent was incorrect. I spoke to Dicks online customer service and they told me to return them to my local store, which is difficult around Christmas time. All that was offered was a gift card for the purchase price and Score Points. They did ask me to pay again for the right shoes and they would expedite them but I wasnt ready to pay them again. If I can attach pictures I will Ive never seen anything like this before. Be careful if you live in the Midwest area and order shoes online because they will just send you some old a** shoes. These shoes were also $170 and a gift to my wife for Christmas.

      I placed an online order on 12/12/2023 it was early morning and it said it will be delivered by 12/14-12/16 or its free. Till this day 12/19/2023 the order has not arrived. On Sunday 12/17/2023 I called them and the sales rep had no idea what was going on she said to wait later Sunday or Monday for a tracking number. I waited till Monday called them back and still they had no tracking number. They said to wait for later today for a tracking number I waited and no tracking number so I called them back to just cancel the order they said they need to send a request for approval so I waited I never got an email confirmation from them I called them back and the rep said he needs to send an email over to admin because my order was not approved to be canceled, he also said he was emailing me as he speaks the details he sent to admin is now Tuesday 12/19/2023 and I dont receive email from the sales rep with the details like he said and I have no idea about my order. No one there can help me, Im tired going back and forth with them and no information about my order. I trusted them with this order I even order ahead of time so I can get it in time but I didnt receive my order. Honestly Im not even mad Im just disappointed their lack of service and no sense of urgency from them. After this I will never shop with them again. They dont stick with their word and they are false advertising to make a sale and that is wrong.

      Done with Dicks. Their No Sweat Protection Plan is a total scam. They sell you on it when you buy equipment and then when something breaks Asurion (the 2nd party insurance company) just doesnt want to hear anything and want cover anything. It is borderline fraud what they do.

      I purchased 3 **** kettlebell weights from Dicks Sporting Goods online - with a total of $223.25. The condition in which they were delivered was absolutely unacceptable. The weights were busted up, and peeling upon opening the box. I cant even pick up a weight without the damaged metal causing trauma to my hands. I contacted Dicks Sporting Goods customer service less than 5 minutes after delivery and after conversation the representative offered return of the products and for me, the customer, to deliver the products to a in person store and purchase the weights at several different locations because the weights were not in stock at one location alone - or to have weights redelivered and again return the weights to a in person location. I declined that offer since the reason for my online purchase was to not have to go to a store, and the representative offered 30% off the order if I sent pictures to the email. Pictures were sent after she initiated contact and the representative did not reply or follow up. I then disputed the charge with AMEX due to product damage and the company not following through with a discounted price. Now, Dicks has disputed with ****************** however did not respond to my email with proof or provide the percentage off as agreed. As a customer, it is not my responsibility to return almost 100 lbs of weights to the store - that was the point of delivery. Due to the product damage and packaging alone I should not be charged for the weights - or they should pick them up the same way they dropped them off. Photos available.

      I ordered shoes from them and when I received them they were used!! There was holes on tops of both shoes, dirty on the inside and the bottoms, absolutely no way anyone would think they were brand new! I took pics and returned them to local store
