    I reached out to weed Man because of the condition of my yard next to a fence. The rest of my yard was good. Being that there was no more damage. There were three treatments which were two fertilization one we control. After the first fertilization August 28th 2024 I started seeing that my front yard was declining and dying.. mentioned it to the technician on October 17th who came to my home to apply weed treatment in the large area in backyard area that was totally missed on October 3rd 2024. With no suggestions as to how to address the issue. October 18th fertilization treatment. Reaching out in the meantime by email and phone calls regarding issue with the front yard which has turned completely dead in the majority of the front yard including an area by the sidewalk driveway. On October 11th I received a call from a weed man technician stating he had been to my home and my issue was grubs. My remark back to him is why would they continue to treat fertilization and we control when all the time I had a grub issue. He would not respond to that question. Only letting me know that they would it would cost me more money to have this issue addressed. My response was when you knew this all the time why would you continue to kill my grass by treating it with fertilization weed control and now my yard is a mess a total mess and totally dead in the front. This company is responsible for killing my front yard and knowing all the time that they were doing it because it's very visual. I did let them know in the beginning I am on a fixed income and would be making payments for these treatments. At this point weed man is responsible for killing the grass in the front yard area. I trusted that they would handle my yard situation professionally and they did not do that instead they continue to give my yard treatments that they did not need instead of addressing the issue of my dying grass applying more and more product that totally killed my front yard.     I wanted to add information to my complaint. I live in a  village where all homes where built as a village. There is not one house surrounding me that has a front yard that looks in the dying condition as mine does not one. And this condition went down hill for the front yard from the time that these three treatments were applied. I chose the resolution to this to be repaired but frankly there's no way that my grass can be repaired it's completely dead. The only other option is to have any outstanding balance that is existing in my name be canceled. I would NOT be held responsible for any other outstanding payments $202.94 regarding this Account....

    I will also be submitting more close up photos of my grass in the front yard

    This information was found in Weed Man's advertisement which states that they have professionals to diagnose prior to any service applications that you buy from them. Also prior to your contract with them these technicians are professional and the practice of diagnosing. Their own words explain it all. Photos will also be submitted in a day or two.

    I have two verbal messages left by two employees of weed ma the first message was from *******. And his message he is letting me know that he could apply an insect application to my front yard for grubs. This goes along with the technician stating that the front yards state of distress is from grubs verifying that with the phone message that I have saved. The next message message came a few days before I made this complaint from a person by the name of ***, that he had also inspected the front yard and seen no issue except for distress grass. Adding that this issue would be corrected in the spring nuisance grass dormant mentioning foxtail grass dying. Never once mentioning grubs and anything about insect control concerning my front yard. Both people h*** and ******* have two conflicting diagnosis which was one of the main reasons I've opened this complaint. And as of today's date I will be sending Weed Man a statement letting them know I will not be taking on any more charges from their company. And as I stated before we've had a lot of rain and my yard still looks the same. Those photos for the front yard with a closer view will be added to this case.     The business they committed to provide is overseeding by machine altogether with areation. The exact word their sales person described to me is that: The machine plug a hole and put seed into the hole one by one - this is hardly be achieved manually. However when the service day come, they sent 2 Mexican staff Who do not speak English and refuse/unable to answer my questions and started working on my lawn. They spread the seed on the surface, rather than using the areation machine to put seeds into the holes as promised. the service date is 10-09-2023. They charged me $553 for doing that. I feel scamed. I did not get what I ordered and their "plan B" (spread seeding on surface after areation) actually hold me from doing further correctness service. Because the grass has already been overstressed by the areatiion - I cannot redo it this year. The work they done made me miss the chance of any remedy. I summary, They did not provide the service they committed But they charged the money amount of that sservice.

    Hello. 

    When we completed the Aeration and Seed, the technician chose to not use the seed box to apply the seed. The technician used a spreader instead. No matter what piece of equipment we would use, the customer would still get the same amount of seed on the lawn. The technician also made a mistake and completed a free lime application that was not on the order. After speaking with customer, we decided to write off the charges for the Aeration and the Seed even though the job was completed. We wish M** *** the best in her lawn care needs going forward.
