    We've been waiting since Apr-2023 for completion of the job proposed by N. Stanley Paving Inc. and paid in full by us as of 14-Apr-2022 ($16,800 total paid in two installments; $10,000 paid Check #***; $6800 paid check #****). Reference: N. Stanley Paving Inc. Contract dated 14-Apr-2022. The contract was signed by Property Owner (***************************) and Contractor (*********************). The contract states, "Asphalt swale done upon completion of driveway. Swale not completed, be in touch with homeowners to complete. Tarring as well" We were told that Wednesday that Stanley Paving would come back that Friday (16-Apr-2022) to finish the swale and tarring. They never came back and kept telling us they were too busy and would get back when they could. We expected them to complete the job within one year (14-Apr-2023) of them continuously saying they'd come back when the could), but that never happened. We want Stanley Paving to come back and finish the job or refund us the money we paid that was never completed and will now need to be done by another contractor.

    In September 2021 N. Stanley Paving paved my driveway. The job came with a one year warranty. In the spring of 2022 I noticed numerous problems where the asphalt paving was spread so thin that the driveway was beginning to crumble. I called the company and they said the next time they were coming up to my area ( I was told August or September) that they would make things right. I have saved messages that will support this claim. As the months past, the driveway continued to deteriorate. Further calls were usually not returned. I did get one message in May of 2023 that said they would fix it when they come up to my area. All correspondence since that time has gone unanswered. I want them to come fix the driveway or pay me the money for some other company to fix it.

    On 3/22/22, I signed a contract for paving and sealing of my driveway with N Stanley Paving (copy of contract attached). Paving work was performed on 3/22/22 with the seal coating to be "done once warm". Check #****, was written and accepted on 3/22/22, in the amount of $8,000.00 for both the paving and seal coating. The next day, 2/23/22, I notified N. Stanley that a hole had developed around a drainpipe (photo and copy of text exchanges attached). As of today, 5/4/23, despite numerous text messages, a certified letter, and unanswered messages left on N. Stanley phone, neither the repair work nor the seal coating has been performed. I am looking for N. Stanley Paving to 1) repair the hole specifically covered by workmanship guarantee and 2) perform the seal coating.

    On July 11, 2022 we supposedly got a great deal on resurfacing our driveway. N. Stanley pavement was working on a neighbor’s driveway and said they had extra asphalt and didn’t want to move their equipment. We agree to the price, he was very persistent. They started late that’s same afternoon and continued the next day until about 1pm. Before they were finished on the 12, Nick S****** asked for payment and in good faith we paid him 10k. He told us a roller will come back in a couple of hrs to finished the job and they never came back. I contacted him and told him various parts of the driveway looked patchy and uneven. He said it needed to cure. Well curing could take about 12 months and it would not even out our the driveway. I told him all this and he agree to come Monday the 18th. He never show up. A neighbor came over the weekend and asked if N. Stanley had done our driveway we said yes and she said they had done her elderly mother’s driveway and they were not happy as well. They are going around all Clarks summit and Waverly with the same story of having extra asphalt and not wanting to move their machinery if they could do a job.
