    Rise dispensary is stealing money from customers. I went in to get some flower and a vape on 1/22/24. I made my purchase and when I got home the vape did not work, so I returned and they exchanged it. Went outside to check the second one and it didn't work either. Went back in and asked if I could add some extra money to the exchanged one and he told me no that he could sell me another one and give me a 10% discount. So I made that purchase and started to leave and realized that I had 2 non working vapes that I had paid for and bought a 3rd one but they had kept my $22 I had paid for the first one and the exchange. I was told I couldn't get my money back for first 2 that didn't work and I couldn't get my money back because it was a one time exchange. So they just literally stole $22 dollars from me. And then when I told the budtender that they were ripping people off he said they weren't and got an attitude and said I was no longer welcome in their establishment. So I told him to shut up and he followed me outside like he was going to do something but never brought his gay a** away from the front of the door. And to top that off when I got home the third one doesn't work. If an establishment is stealing from customers they should be shut down. Those greedy ******ds already make enough, but still have to steal from thepeople keeping them in business. It's a damned shame.

    Drove over 45 minutes to buy capsules for my condition I was told they didnt know why but it kept showing up as in stock and isnt. This IS MEDICAL And Not Acceptable We will Never buy there again Every time theres a problem I recommend going elsewhere.

    You have to read your bottle before you leave and use it. They will give you things you don't normally buy and you can't read it at home the labels are way to small on THC and CBD bottles much smaller than normal prescriptions. They won't refund if you took it.
