    I went to make a ***** transaction at Dawn's Ship and Pack on 12/19/2022 at approximately 4:17 pm. When I walked through the door, I had one small package (box) in my hand. A woman behind the register (******** *) asked me if I was being helped and what did I need help with. I responded, "just shipping this package." ******** ** "I'll take you. Where is the package going? I responded, "Perishables to Atlanta, GA and by the way here's the exact address in my phone.." ******** * proceeded to type the information into the computer. Then she asked, "when would you like the package to arrive?" I chose Wednesday, December 21st at 4:30pm. I chose that option because I knew that the perishable items would be spoiled if they were to arrive at a later date. ******** * continued to type more information into the computer and then generated a medium *** ** sticker with my personal information (name address phone number) and the receivers name and address. The sticker was for a 2day delivery and it read: ******* ********* **** ***** ***, Braselton GA *****- Wed-21 Dec 4:30pm 2day- Trk ************. The grand total came out to $34.53US. I paid the cashier with a blue ***** **** **** debit card. On 12/21/2022 I received a text from the receiver (******* ********) stating that, the package was still in route (***** location-Indianapolis, IN) on 12/21/2022-10:38am. I immediately drove down to Dawn's Ship & Pack and spoke to a woman at the front register/desk. The first woman started telling that, I couldn't get a refund and the package was shipped on time. A second woman came over, went into the computer and stated that, the most she could do was put in a claim to *****. What they didn't know was, I had already called ***** as soon as I found out the package was still in route. ***** tracked the package and stated that, Dawn's Shipping and Pack got the package out to them the next day. Therefore, Dawn Ship & Pack is responsible for the package arriving late(12/22/2022).
