    Einstein is absolutely ridiculous. They had me waiting in the emergency room for hours, I never got results to what I went in for or any resolve, and the worst thing - they charged me for it! I ended up just leaving the hospital in pain and with no answers. The floor was a mess, the nurses were fighting with each other and people all complaining while waiting in the ER. I elevated this to Einstein via customer service channels. I had Beth D***** their Chief Operating Officer, reach out saying she'd like to "chat about what happened." I responded to the email numerous times, and she goes silent. I tell her I refuse to pay because they did not provide the services I went in for. They say they are going to move me to collections if I don't. So ultimately, I wasted a full day sitting in the ER, not to get any help or any results to tests I PAID for. It is SHADY business practice. This hospital is awful, do yourself a favor and head somewhere else. This hospital should not be in business.
