    I purchased the 48' in blue; after receiving it I got a leg that was too short and 3 of the 6 legs were difficult to put on. So literally only 2 of 6 legs were okay on the original order. In my original order I place I also got the stabilizer bar. I waited 2 weeks to get another set of legs. I got them today and they seem okay. I did notice that the rubber bases had dirt on them as if they were used. After putting on the legs I was able to finally finish assembling the rebounder with the stabilizer bar. While assembling the stabilizer bar, I got to the very end to put the handle on, and I am now missing that s**** So, it will probably be another 2 weeks to get a s**** to hold the handle in place. I did a lot of research, read reviews, and watched many ******* videos. I really felt this was the best product out of all the ones out there for a beginner. I really regret my purchase with this company, and it is so sad too to see a product made in the "***" have so many issues in one shipment alone. They need to get a handle on quality control and inspect shipments. Again 2 problems with 1 order and now I will have to WAIT again for another part. I have put a warranty request in for the s**** to hold the handle in place and will patiently wait for the response. Beyond disappointed in the product and being motivated to using this brands rebounder. I will never purchase from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

    I ordered a medium size trampoline from Leaps and Rebounds.The ring was defective at purchase.I have sent numerous messages to this company for ***** or 14 months.They refuse to respond and replace the ring. I have now asked for my money back.There is no customer service at this company..You are gambling with your money on a ***** Bet. Maybe it will work or maybe its a waste of money., because it was defective.How do I get my money back ?

    Let me start my saying I am VERY FRUGAL and tend to be extremely critical of products if they do not work as promised. However after six months of investigating this product, I decided to take the "leap" and purchase this AMAZING product! I bought a spring mini trampoline and it served purpose during quarantine. However, when I received my leaps aRead more about review stating I'm bouncing on air and LOVING IT!nd rebounder, I cannot let a lie- it felt like I was jumping on a bouncy cloud. So much so, I had to lighten my Jump so I would not bump my head on the ceiling. (Ha!) I tried my spring trampoline again, but my body was like "no thank you" get back on your leaps and rebounds trampoline, please. Well ya'll have earned your bragging rights from me. I even told my NP about it, as she loved recommending rebounding to her patients. Thus, confirming that I made the right choice for my physical health.

    Kamal is a scammer! I ordered a Rebounder on the 11th. Received a notification on the 13th that it was shipped. Tracking number was not valid. Emailed L&R to inquire about tracking. Received email the following day asking for another 1 or 2 days before they could provide an answer. Get a call from Kamal, after complaining on his website about having to wait up to 3 days for a shipping update. Said he was waiting for a call back from his warehouse. Then said he would ship a 2nd Rebounder in case the 1st one was lost. I asked for a new tracking number. No response. I've requested a new tracking number 4 times. No response. I left 2 phone messages, emailed and messaged through FB. Finally got an email today from Kamal saying he's waiting to hear back from FedEx and to give him ANOTHER 24 hours. Today is the 22nd. No rebounder received. No tracking number provided. Horrible customer service, horrible overall experience! Apparently Kamal is the only customer service associate who handles orders, but can't even provide answers for days at a time. Don't bother calling. He doesn't answer his phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I really love my Rebounder. I jump on it when I want a really good cardio workout, it's fun and bouncy and I always get a good (sweaty) workout in. The customer service is excellent and their warranty is super easy to use. I had a mat issue and they replaced the whole mat free of charge! Super happy with my purchase.
