    I had the rudest young man that works at your Elizabethville PA Subway location. I asked for extra sweet onion Teriyaki sauce and a little more mayo on my footlong. He said 'No' you have enough. I said I asked for extra he said I can't do that but at the same time the girl that works there was making a sub for a customer he asked for extra and she gave him extra. I asked for a condiment which is standard that comes with my sub he refused to give it to me. He was arrogant and kept saying no. I paid for 2 subs online and don't see how he can deny me my condiment for my sub. He was rude the entire time making my 2 footlongs. He gave me attitude when I asked for my sub to be toasted he didn't cut my subs in half and purposely stuck his finger in my sub. I said ' Why are you sticking your finger in my sub' which he purposely did because I asked for extra mayo. How can someone be so RUDE working with customers? Please do something because this employee will cost your store to lose business! I will NEVER return to this location. I never was treated so RUDELY! How can you deny someone mayo from a sub? This is beyond ridiculous and his attitude was Horrible! Why work at a job you hate so much? Just a horrible way to treat customers. I don't know his name but he worked at the Elizabethville, PA Subway. I was there Saturday July 8 at the Elizabethville PA location. He worked at 8:00-9 pm time frame he was young probably around 18-20 yrs old and dark hair with glasses. This young boy is very nasty and RUDE and he made me feel horrible and I WON'T ever be at this location again. Plus he threw my sub together sloppy and purposely stuck his finger in my sub how can someone like this work with customers!?? Horrible way to be treated its unfair that I get treated like this after paying good money for my subs.

    We have showed the employee the complaint and explained to him that this is unprofessional behavior. Never should a customer feel like this in one of our restaurants. The employee apologized and said it won't happen again. The employee has been given two strikes for this customer complaint.
