    We bought our Grand Design Reflection around Oct. 2021 from Camper’s Inn, Ellwood City, PA. We never began using it until the Spring of 2022. In Oct. of 2022 the Furrion refrigerator/freezer quit working during a weeklong camping trip. Campers Inn submitted and got it replaced. The new Furrion refrigerator/freezer again quit working in July 2024. We lost a very large amount of items again. We tried contacting Campers Inn Ellwood City, PA and found out they are closed. We called the next closest Campers Inn near Philadelphia, PA which is five hours away from us. They said to try to locate a dealership that works with the warranty company they use to see if they can determine what part went bad. We have been unable to find any dealerships that work with this warranty company and have not been able to get our refrigerator/freezer fixed or replaced and we are unable to travel to Philadelphia to have this work completed. I want Campers Inn to be responsible to fix or replace this unit and do it without us having to take days off work to travel to their closest location when we bought it locally.

    We closed the location temporarily Dec 1 2023.  We did replace the Furion Refrigerator and have you contacted Furion?  We would be happy too but it has to go to a repair facility.  I do have a location in Troy Ohio about 3.5 hours away.  Also, unless Furion or Grand Design knows of a mobile Rv Service I have no service in Ellwood City, Pa.  Unfortunately, Rv's do have issues and we can't control the amount of time the refrigerator worked properly.  We are willing to address but it would have to go to another Rv dealer or my closest location in Troy, Ohio.  Our temporarily closure was beyond our control and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  Furion who made the refrigerator may be able to send you one but for Campers Inn to handle there is a warranty process set up by Grand Design that we must adhere too.  Once again sorry for the refrigerator that went bad.

    In the spring of 2023 we purchased an overpriced brand new coachman camper. We never even got to use the camper, and found several things wrong. We contacted them and documented the items. We came to an agreement that we could use the camper for the season and have the items under warranty fixed at the end of the season. ****** was left with them to fix items during the winter and we told them to winterize the camper since they had it. Fast forward to now spring 2024 getting camper out for the first time. New awning they replaced was never sealed and leaks all along the camper. There was minimal antifreeze and now after whatever they did every single water line leaks. **** NEVER recommend this company. Funny thing, after they fixed the items, their location shut down and we cant get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue and make it right.

    We purchased a brand new coachmen camper at this location in May 2021. Got it in for all the warranty work July 2022. While our camper was on the dealership location . It was damaged . The awnings were damaged & door handle . Attached I have included a copy of the I OWE YOU. We received from the dealership . Agreeing to repair the damages . They picked up our camper in March 2023 had it for weeks . Never fixed the awning arms , put a new handle on . Did not inspect it as requested and did not replace door seal .
    We have called over & over requesting to speak with service . No one will call us back. I called & asked for a manager . Never got a response . We are beyond frustrated that the service has been absolutely awful . From the beginning of this whole process of buying from this dealership to now it has been my worst experience ever !!!! We just want our camper fixed .

    The only 2 items we owe the customer is a state inspection and awning arms.  We have called and left a message because we need a picture of the data tag on the awning arms to order them.  The state inspection will not take long.  The other items were addressed and corrected.  Until we get a picture of the data tag we are unable to order the awning arms.  When the unit was dropped off with service according to our records the arms and inspection were not mentioned.  We are happy to assist but ****** my service manager needs the data tag so they can get ordered.  We are willing to help and we are at a stand still without the tag.

    I purchased a new camper on 3-30-23 and purchased an extended warranty also on same date. Warranty was to include parts and service and roadside assistance. This past Friday 6/9/23 I needed roadside assistance and nobody could be found to help me. The warranty person told me on phone that most companies got out of roadside assistance for campers. So my warranty does not really cover roadside assistance and therefore I need a refund for that part of the warranty.

    The AGWS service contract does cover roadside assistance.  However availability of companies and location depend which we have no control over.  We did talk to customer to walk him through how to close his slide and assist.  A mobile technician could have been called in the area if one was available and then AGWS would have reimbursed for the expense and all customer would have been responsible for is the $100 deductible.  There is no way to refund for roadside it's part of the 5 year service contract.  Campers Inn can't control availability of technicians cause it's all based on availability and location.  We did everything within our ability to assist.
