    July 1, 2022 I pur*****d a ********************* for ******* Before delivery I called the store and spoke with the salesman ** ******* to say I wanted to cancel order because 2 different people told me the cushions break down. Mr. ******* informed me that I would be fine because I pur*****d a warranty. We just as expected the ***** totally sunk in. I paid first to replace the foam cushion (which ******* informed me wasn't covered), then the same thing within a few months. After months of phone calls and visits to the store they finally sent someone out today only to tell me that nothing is broken just that you have to take your body weight x2 for ***** lounges because it is not evenly distributed and nothing would be covered. The only support in the ***** itself is on the outside corners and nothing in the middle but material. I ask for other suggestions or if the company could make an arm to attach to the end of the sofa to replace the ***** and they said "Oh no they will no way make you just an arm to complete the set. I ask for my warranty money back and they said probably not. I have been a **** V Schultz customer for a long time and I am very disappointed in their customer service and the fact that the sales representative should know that the ***** has no support across the unit only on the side and that it would not last when I questioned him. This would have been avoided if I was able to pur***** a different unit when I called the store. I would never recommend **** V Schultz or ** ******* to anyone looking for furniture. This was my second attempt to have someone come out after the first appointment was cancelled because they said my warranty was expired. It is good until 7/1/27.

    Products are garbage. Said they send a gift card if you dont use your warranty but they dont. When I asked for proof that they sent it (as I checked my previous emails/junk folders and didnt have it) they could not or would not provide proof that it was sent. Now trying to file claim on PLATINUM warranty I purchased and am being told damage is not covered because they dont consider it accidental despite the fact that it is accidental and it wouldnt be an issue if the product was not so subpar (issues after about a year). They have no interest in making things right with the customers and just want your money. Their products are garbage (I have a bed frame that began chipping and getting wobbly after a few months, they wont do anything). Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else. I believe this crappy store has a family feud with ****** F Schultz furniture store, which was the original family store and provides much better quality products and customer service. Even ********************** Row is leaps and bounds above this place is terms of quality and customer service. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!

    The delivery team of ******* and ***** were polite and friendly . They did a fantastic job setting up two recliners and answered all our questions . They did 5 STAR service . ********************************

    We have the warranty for our furniture, this place came to my house 3 times with the wrong part. I then received store credit as long as I gave them the broken furniture back which was awesome but once they took the furniture they won't return my call or give me the replacement furniture. I was then told by their GM *** "That sounds like your problem not mine". I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    This company sells you on their warranty and then they do their best to make sure they dont have to cover the repairs.They take hard working peoples time and money and tell you they will take care of you and they dont. Had I known what they would do to try to get out of repairs I would have refused delivery.The condition of the boxes that my sectional was delivered in looked like it was dropped from an airplane.I thought with the money I spent on the furniture and warranty they would surely take care of a damaged item.We wanted nine months for this furniture so you can see why we received it against my better judgment.My wife and I have very busy schedules and we hardly ever have time to go through emails.When you tell the person I charge of scheduling the appointment for repair who to call they dont fallow your request.They will also send you paperwork to fill out with gotcha questions.Be careful how much you answer.They will us it against you.If I were planning to purchase new furniture I would definitely look somewhere else.
