    I had to call 6 times for the shuttle to come. The firsr time i called i wanted clarification on where to go cause we were confused. We eventually go to where we need to cause it took awhile to get there. So i called again to make sure we didnt miss the shuttle. The front desk said we did and that we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next pick up. We waited for almost 2 hours. I had called another couple of times cause there had been no sign of our shuttle for awhile. On the 6th call staff got upset and proceeded to yell at me for calling to check and told me that the shuttle would get there when it gets there. If someone would be doing their job then i wouldn't have to keep calling. I wad about to take a lyft. But then the shuttle appeared and i was charged for the ****. The shuttle driver immediatley asked why we had called so much and insisted that he'd been to the zone several times. As the driver is putting our stuff in the back he continues to degrade us about calling so much. We were waiting for him to open the door to let us in. But the driver said "well you got hands dont you". Immediately wanted to speak with the front desk with how she addressed me and the driver. She rudely interupted me to say that i shouldn't have called so much and i tried to ask for a name and she wouldn't give it to me knowing I'd report her. But i have pictures of her face.
