    In September 2021 I purchased items from Dance Discount Supply with one item being on back order. Based on my ****** statement, my orders was paid in full in the amount of $61.17. In May 2023 I placed an order with the company and received my order with no problem; however, on Jun 1, 2023 I placed another order. Shortly after placing my order, the company contacted me through email stating I owe them $14.26 from an order received in10/2021; therefore, my current order will not be processed. After contacting the company, they were unable to verify whether or not the purchase was paid in full on their end and stated they never contacted me in 2021 because it was not a priority for them. The company sent me a copy of the pending invoice; however, the information on the invoice is incorrect based on the purchase date (i.e. my name and address at the time of purchase). As stated, per my ****** receipt, the purchase was paid in full and I would have to request statements from all my bank accounts to validate their claims.

    I purchased a leotard from Discount Dance back in December. The leotard was too small, so I did a return of the original leotard and reordered another leotard in a different size. The leotard that I returned was sent back to me with a note inside citing that there were stains in the crotch area along with deodorant marks. I took a look at the leotard in the package sent back to me, and there was not any of the stain marks they noted. I called Discount Dance, and they said they would provide me with images of the noted stains. They only sent one image. It was of the crotch area of a black item of clothing. There was not any indication that the image of the garment they sent to me was, in fact, the same garment I had in my possession. There was no tag with an item number in the image proving that the image they sent was even a leotard at all. They also did not send any images of armpit stains on the garment as was indicated. I then sent them images of my own. They were of the crotch and both armpit areas of the leotard along with the tag indicating the exact item it was. Discount Dance said that they do not need to prove anything to me as to the image they sent, and the images I sent do not matter. They said as a response to my images, As confirmed the images received will not affect the decision as it was physically inspected. Also that The item received and returned is the item that was pictured, however they cannot prove it with an image of the garment and tag. When asked to provide proof that the item is the same item I have they said We do not have any further pictures as the goal is to capture the stain. They said they have refunded only 50% of the total purchase as a courtesy. This is not a courtesy. I should be refunded 100% of what I purchased.
