  Same problem as a previous review on 5/16/23. Nussbaumer does not follow up on fixing the problem. Still waiting on one single part for a toilet that weve been waiting on for almost 3 months. My wife and I have called numerous times with no one there to answer during regular business hours and no one calls back either. Also, my ******** called American Home Shield (AHS) to help rectify the problem with negative results as well. Why does AHS continue to send Nussbaumer to customers/clients homes taking their money on both sides. American Home Shield and Nussbaumer are both getting paid and the customer gets no satisfactory resolution to the problem. Now we are wondering if this could be classified as possible ELDER ABUSE since weve been waiting for so long. I have read countless complaints against Nussbaumer before I started to submit my claim and I see why we havent received any response. American Home Shield is aiding in the problem by continuing to refer their customer/clients to ********************. We are so upset and frustrated by all of this and its not fair to us or anyone else and we dont know what else to do. Not only are we out the $100.00 deductible but worst of all our toilet is still not fixed after almost THREE months of waiting for one single part. This isnt the only unresolved issue weve had with Nussbaumer Plumbing.We would not recommend AHS and especially not Nussbaumer to anyone.

  Its a shame I have to even give one star. They deserve ZERO!!! This is the worst service I have ever had with ANY company! 4 visits so far and my hot water tank is STILL broken. 1st visit, they didnt know the tank and phoned a friend and they were told they were locked out and would need this box. 2nd visit they gave me a 4 hour window and CANCELED 2 hours in? 3rd visit tried to up sale me to a $85 fee to expedite my part they were told to get on the first visit OR I could spend $1100 up to $1400 for a new tank for the record here I tried to call management and no return calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and leaving this review! We are now on week 5 of them playing with this. Unfortunately they still have a company idk who in their right mind would ever hire this company. I called my home warranty office and filed complaints to where they are sending another company out to fix the s*** this company should have done 5 weeks ago!!!! Good luck to anyone who hires them on your own!!! Never again for me thats for **** sure!

  Awful experience- ZERO STARS. I had to deal with them because the home warranty co. sent them. They will not return calls. Plumber dumped sewage in my back yard from a bucket and said it was good fertilizer. They should return money that they took from me because they resolved nothing. Awful, awful, awful experience. I had to have another plumber come because Nussbaumer would not return my calls. The other company had my drain unclogged in an hour.

  Zero stars. I absolutely would not suggest working with this company. They do not take accountability for their work. They told us our venting for the hot water heater wasn't correct and ************ warranty claim denied (even though the heater was at it's end of useful life), and this was after we proved to them they were the ones who did the work back in 2020 in the first place! Once they realized they did the original work they completely ghosted us. We called there at least 10 times and could never get the manager or owner to discuss the issue with us. From reading other reviews we are not the only ones! 100% DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

  I had a warranty claim for a pipe in my basement that was leaking. Nussbaumer came and offered to fix an exterior pipe in addition to my internal leak. The exterior work was not included with my home warranty. I paid $300 for the work and the technician did not have the right tool. The next day the job was now $800 and my warranty work wasnt completed. I called to follow up and the rude woman told me everyone was in the hospital and they didnt have time for me and hung up. I called more than 10 times after to follow up with no answer, no return call, the same leak, and now a hole on the exterior of my home. And their social media states people want something for nothing and they have to be the bearer of bad news. I just wanted a leak fixed and my home not destroyed.

  I would give no stars if that was an option. I had this company come out to my property in August 2021 to fix a collapse pipe outside of my front porch. They were able to fix it, but a week later they had to come back because they broke my weather spout and had to come dig back up and replace. I have been having the same issues since. Where my basement would be backed up with sewage after a certain amount of time. I had them come back not even a month later to snake my drains. By that point they should of checked their repair, because there was no way i could still be having the same issues. The plumbers blamed the issues on me and said i have bad pipes, and also went as far as saying the problem now as a broken pipe in my street. I hired a different plumber to put a camera in and they said the problem was my repair. I also had ************ come out and check since they were saying my problem was in the street. And ************ also camera my drain and seen the problem was the repair. I have communicated this with Nussbaumer but now they are screening and ignoring my calls. They have placed me on hold then will disconnect. They say their manager will call me back and no one calls me. Now they have blocked my number. I tried to call on my phone and it goes straight to voicemail. When I call on my daughters phone, they answer than hang up on me. They charged me $13 thousand dollars for this job that was not even done right. I've been told by 2 other plumbers that the repair has dropped and they did not support the pipe enough. So when you perform a camera test that pipe is completely submerged. I need this repaired and refuse to pay them another cent. They need to come out and fix it!

  Nussbaumer Plumbing were assigned through my AHS Warranty Contract for a job that was done to unclog my 2nd floor vanity sink on 10/10/22. The 2 plumbers that was here - ***/****** decided to recklessly dump the waste that they pulled from the vanity sink which even including metal parts and dumped them directly into my vintage toilet. (why would a plumber do that)? This thoughtless act of the plumbers resulted in not only clogging that vintage toilet, but my whole sewage line right into the basement bathroom toilet which also overflowed a day later. I called their offices at 4:46pm to discuss having someone come out to take care of it, since i now had no toilets NOT working in my home.. and when they heard what i said, someone hung the phone directly up on me in Their office.With no other recourse, i had to call another company - Rotor Rooter that thankfully were able to come out on short notice to not only repair the damage that Nussbaumer had done to my 2 toilets and sewer lines.. The team from Roto-Rooter worked tirelessly for at least 4 hrs to snake out and clear the sewer line but to unclog and save my vintage toilet that was jammed with dirt, waste and broken pipe pieces from the waste that was poured down there from the Nussbaumer plumbers, thankfully they were also able to snake and actually save the newer toilet downstairs as well. I had to pay a substantial amount of monies for their services - $660.30, plus tip to ******************* for their much needed services due to the negligence of the plumbers at Nussbaumer. I was happy to do it, cause i was treated fairly, and the work was well worth the price i had to pay to fix Nussbaumers mistakes. Almost makes you wonder if it was done with intentI would not recommend this company to even change a lightbulb. Please steer clear of this company.

  They are absolute crooks. They have a scam running with home warranty companies to deny every claim for ridiculous reasons. They have cost me thousands to pay for repairs that should have been covered over the years. Just look at the Yelp reviews! This same story is repeated over and over again!!!! They are fraudulent and make their money from warranty companies. I am certain (my opinion) that they get kickbacks for every claim that they deny. They never look at the problem for more than a minute and come up with an excuse. The most recent was that my plumbing was leaking because someone sometime must have used Drano (without looking or having any proof) and that would destroy the copper pipes. But of course they could repair it for $1500-$2000 for me. No thank you. When I fought for a second opinion it was magically covered.

  So they were assigned through American Home Shield, never showed up in the 5 hour window so agreed to a reschedule. They just gave me a 8 hour window today and still never showed up.
