    I contacted Onoffrey's Fitness Repair about my treadmill that needed repair on June 18, 2024. On June 19th, ************************* returned my call and said that he could come to my home to diagnose the problem the following day, June 20th. He stated that there would be a $159 service fee and to text him my address. I did. The following day, ******************** arrived with an associate and they diagnosed that my treadmill required a new circuit board. He said that he would go home and research the cost and let me know what to expect. On June 24, I sent a text message asking if he had any updates on my circuit board. On June 25, he replied, "Did you try the spray we told you to get??" I responded that he may be thinking of someone else and reminded him of my circuit board. He told me that he would find out an answer by the following day. Despite repeated attempts to reach ******************** by text and by phone on June 27, July 1, July 2, and July 8, he has not been responsive. I have requested a refund of the $159 diagnostic fee as it implied that Onoffrey's Fitness Repair would complete the work. He has not responded. All text messages show that he has received and opened the messages.
