      I paid $174.10 for a pair of sneakers in December 2nd, 2022 with Paypal and I received the used item that is counterfeit. I emailed them to refund the product but Jessica L*****, who responded my email, said they can't refund it because returning only works for the damaged or incorrect item. I emailed her to complain about receiving the used item two days ago and still didn't get any response.

      Bought a pair of shoes from interconnect.shop and realized after I paid from PayPal because that’s the only payment way I could pay they didn’t charge tax or shipping. So I started googling and noticed it was a scam. They sent me a “tracking” number and it was nothing than a label being created the item was never took to be shipped I have been fighting with the cc ppl to get the money back. Everything on their site is about the same amount of money and then they make it look like you transfer them the money

      I ordered a product online from said company. I used PayPal 4 pay to complete the transaction. In the meantime, I received the product, but it is defective. They say on the website there is 30 days to return product, but they sent me an email stating I only had 7 days. It took them 2 days to respond to my email, which I sent the first day I received the product. In the meantime, I found out that Paypal lists a DIFFERENT company that actually received the money for the product.
      The company that I bought the product from states I must send them a picture; then later in the email it says send a video.
      Then, I sent a message via PayPal to the company that actually received the funds. They want a picture of the packaging...it seems like the two parties are running a "stall" tactic to keep me confused as to how to return the product for a full refund.
