      With black mold in our basement we researched the health issues and *** requirements for removal.On 6/18/2024 D-BUG's ***** came over. He said everything would be covered - which sounded in synch the EPA.On 7/31/2024 we had a floor specialist come about filling gaps in the first-floor flooring. **** said it was unnecessary because of *** mold-remediation requirements.On 9/9/2024 D-BUG came. We asked about plastic barriers. They told us they didn't do that - just chipped and scraped. Dust/no doubt mold spores permeated everyting in the basement. Layers of mortar covered the basement floor, and back patio. They told us theyd clean everything. Stupidly we believed this and paid after the crew leader said they'd finished only to find the same mess and a bag of mortar and debris in the basement. We're also upset because, being in our late 70s, we feel taken advantage of.On 9/16/2024 a manager PJ - came over. He even told us he'd had to dock ***** for spreading falsehoods about covering everything; and he'd also had to deal with the BBB. We said we'd be away 9/19-20. He said hed call on 9/ 23 to schedule clean-up.On 9/20 the friend who'd come to feed our cat called: a ************ come and wanted access to the basement to clean it. She said she couldnt do that and had to leave anyway.Last week I called D-BUG twice about the clean-up and was told that 1) crews were busy with other jobs and, anyway 2) wed prevented the crew from cleaning the basement on 9/20.For over three weeks, we've been unable to use our basement (for the litter box, laundry, access to toilet paper etc.), much of which is now on the first and third floors.Weve hired a company to try to clean the basement. We'll have to have ductwork/furnace recleaned and mold proofed. This is expensive.Since D-BUG was here, my long-covid-related cough has worsened, and I've had to increase my lung meds, inhalers, etc.I can provide photos of everything Ive described.

      After an extreme rain I had literally a canyon wash out of my yard from a flash flood. **** and his crew assessed the situation and took care of the job within two days. They were a lifesaver. The crew was courteous and the did a great cleanup job. The job took 200 tons of stone so you know it was not an easy task. This company is the greatest! 100% recommended.
