      So upon letting our sales men know about all of these issues.. we had someone sent to our house four days later, we thought to correct all of these errors.. He arrived (also late) (but very very nice guy) and informed me he’s only there to put on the cap on the tub he’s just a plumber and doesn’t deal with the cosmetics. So we got most of the issues corrected but here we are over a week later still with a different color shower.
      All of these issues after paying $17,000 to have a job done that would’ve cost around 5 to 8 from a private contractor. We went with this company because we wanted it done correctly and in a timely fashion, and we didn’t get any of that. It was done very quickly, but also not correct and now it’s very drug out. My advice is don’t go with this company and find a private contractor that will get the job done correctly even if it takes a little bit more time. Lesson learned here. We will not be returning customers and we will not recommend this company to any friends and family.

      This is our second project with West Shore. All new windows. Our installation crew came from ******* to complete our project. ***** Shamar, and ***** did an awesome job. They worked very hard on a very long day!

      The installation process was completed with precision and technical thoughtfulness. The new door and side window fit perfectly. To top the experience off, the 2 man crew (***** and *****) cleaned up afterwards and were out of my house hours before expected. Great Job!

      Absolutely loved the outcome of my bathroom! ***** H and **** W did an outstanding job. I highly recommend west shore home to everyone. They are beyond amazing with their work. The are very tidy and cleaned everything up when they were done. Didn't leave any mess behind!

      Hi Just had my walk shower and the crew were hard workers but very respectful of our home and polite **** *. , **** *. And ******* S did an outstanding job I will have them back in a month to get the other part done My wife is sick and cannot be without an upstairs bathroom I would highly recommend anybody needing something. ***** *********

      We had our new windows and door installed today. It was a wonderful experience. ***** *., **** *., ***** ****** *., and **** ***** **********, ** were wonderful to work with. Everything from the initial consultation to having the installation done was seamless on their part. The guys working in our home were super respectful and just a pleasant group to be around! They left my home as they found it and even better as they brought a package in that arrived on the porch while they were working!
