      Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would.

      We have used them for two years and recently started their automatic delivery. The other day we noticed that the heat wasn’t working in our home while we were away. Look at the tank and it is at 0%. Despite auto refills they failed to come to the house for over two weeks. It was below 50 in our house and we have radiated propane heat, so the pipes are all through the walls. Tried to contact them by phone and email with no response. The owner and this company are so unprofessional and do not take accountability for their mistakes. Never use them.

      The customer observed a low monitor reading on Sunday February 18 and called our on-call dispatch center at 5:05PM. Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions of Delivery, our truck immediately dispatched to the customer location. An occupant at the home greeted our driver, called the owner, and helped shovel out the fill location. The driver was on site at 6:16pm. Thereafter, this online, predatory abuse commenced. It is inaccurate that the customer phoned, texted or emailed any individual within the company after hours, as no such opportunity is available after hours. The customer did not contact the company 'for over two weeks'. He called on 2/18/24. The customer's conduct in the situation included threats of criminal prosecution, bullying and abuse of our answering service, and seriously, inappropriate online barbarism. We do not tolerate threats or bullying behaviour to our staff or service partners and our relationship with this customer has ended.
