    Late in the evening on March 20, 2023, i ordered some Easter candy on line, requesting the order be mailed to me. I ordered an 8 ounce Maple Nut egg, an eight ounce chocolate fudge pecan egg and a twelve ounce rabbit. I paid $42.85, which was deducted from my bank account on March 21. I did not write down the order number thinking I would get a confirmation e-mail from the company. I have not heard anything from them, no e-mails and no candy. I've e-mailed them twice on their website once on March 27lth and again on March 29th. I have not heard anything from them. I want them to either send the merchandise or refund the money.

    I placed an order with this business on February 20th 2023. I received an email that the items were awaiting shipment. I didn't receive any update on this, so on 2/27, I emailed them and received no response. I then attempted to call and send a message on their website on 3/1 and subsequently on 3/2. Still no response. There was no time frame listed on their site as far as shipping is concerned and no further communication. This is bad business to not give a shipping time frame.

    I hope this message finds you well. We are in receipt of BBB complaint ******** regarding Ms. ****** ******.

    Ms. ******'s order shipped yesterday on Monday, March 13 and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow on Wednesday, March 15.

    Philadelphia Candies has been producing the highest quality in chocolates since 1919. Our Easter eggs are each made from scratch and mostly handmade, including the centers which are hand formed.

    Ms. ****** ordered a 2 Pound Coconut Egg. The Coconut is imported from the Philippines to our chocolate manufacturing facility here in Pennsylvania. We cook and hydrate the coconut with a fondant before hand forming and chocolate coating into a beautiful egg. We sincerely apologize for the delay on the order, however our Easter production normally increases at a rapid pace beginning in March.

    Please see the correspondence sent to Ms. ****** below and we will also send her an apology on the delay.
