    I can't even add the whole experience in the space given for the review. It was awful. The place was dirty, there are holes in the walls and ceilings, stains everywhere, the soap was moldy, the people working there were mean and unhelpful. The place was disgusting. The "game room" is two claw machines and there is no pool. The breakfast as a bag of white bread next to a toaster. The jacuzzi was filthy and they told me it was just stains (ew), and so I brought them in to show them it is easily cleaned so they cleaned it. The AC was broken, and they said they could replace it but it would take 2 hours and would leave the room dusty. We asked to be moved to another room, and even though we were the only people staying there, they refused. I can only imagine the other rooms were even worse. The elevator had the word "HELP" written in dirt on the door. The hallway hadn't been vacuumed and the whole placed smelled SO bad.

    Would give zero starts if I could. Dirty hotel and even worse staff. Emailed before my stay to let them know my service dog would be with us. Went to check in no issues even with them seeing my dog. Doors kept slamming that night multiple times and the dog only barked twice immediately quit when I told him it was okay. The next morning the woman working check in and staying across the hall told us we need to leave immediately due to the barking last night. She said they would refund us. I didn't want to argue especially since the hotel was gross and they will refund us. My husband asked for a print off showing they were canceling our booking and refunding us. They said they can't print it off since it was a 3rd party booking. I contact agoda about an hour later and they tell me the hotel says we are still there. I contact the booking app again and tell them no they kicked us out. They then said Mr.Raj said he will not refund us and we should speak directly to the hotel. I go to the hotel he says he can't print anything that I need to come back tomorrow and see if someone else can help me. I tell him Mr.Raj told agoda he won't refund us but they told us but before we left they said they will. He told me he doesn't know who MrRaj is but I can talk to whoever I want that he isn't going to do anything for me. I told him he is lying since this is an independent hotel I know that is either you or you know who he is. I'm not the 1st person on Google who booked third party to be kicked out for no good reason when a busy concert or act is in town. We paid under $140 a night and after we were kicked out I saw the room online for over $400 when I know they were sold out earlier today.
