  the whole team went above and beyond to help my family!! Our sales girl was inviting and kind and worked her tail off for us! we did purchase two vehicles which was no easy task. If me and my husband could give 100 stars we would ***** job to our sale girl.

  I saw a vehicle online. I called and I was told the vehicle would be ready to test drive. We drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. We were greeted by ***************************. Do not deal with her. She is unprofessional and rude. We told her we had an appointment. She knew nothing about it. The vehicle's exterior was filthy. The wheels were covered in dust, dirt and spray wax. Before we left for the test drive, ******* warned us that it didn't have any gas. Our short drive was OK. When we returned to the dealership, ******* was not willing to negotiate on price. She was downright nasty. We left. The next day after the less than stellar experience, we decided to buy the car. I was buying a car, not the dealership. I called ******* and she said she would hold the car. I told her I will definitely be picking it up in 3 or 4 days. She told me we could work out the details over the phone after she returned to the dealership. She did not call back.The next day I texted her to confirm our conversation. She did not respond. I called her. I told her I just wanted to go over the deal. She said she was busy, so I asked her to call me. She did not call back. Monday morning I called the accounting department to inquire about forms of payment. I then asked to speak with the floor manager. ***** was unavailable so I left him a voicemail. He called me back within 5 minutes. I told him about the problems I had with *******. He said she acted inappropriately and he said he would check to see if the vehicle was available. He called me back to tell me the vehicle went to the Manheim car auction on Saturday night! I called ******* to ask why she lied to me. She said she had no way to prevent the car from going to auction! Ha! But apparently she was totally comfortable with me driving 1 1/2 hours to finalize a purchase which was gone! She sits at her desk ands acts like a pompous know it all, but she is a coward. I advise you to think twice before dealing with such an unprofessional business.

  This review is much longer than the 2000 characters allotted. I have had said vehicle for about 30 days, has been taken back 3 times and am experiencing a 4th. You never get someone, only voicemails and when they call you back, they don't really address the issues. I need to return this car because I refuse to drive it one day & the next it needs repairs. I was also asked to take down my previous review because it would hurt their business. I feel they're doing a great job doing that themselves.

  BUYER BEWARE... VERY DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP...advertises prices online and hides a 2500 upcharge off the prices.. these people were sent a carfax for my lexus in great condition that already had offers and a price range from several other dealers for 18k and they come in at 15k which is absolutely crazy 3k under value. I spent 30 minutes talking to Chris on the phone twice on separate occasions complaining about dealers not being honest with trades and prices and these people make me drive 50 minutes just to entertain a bunch of crooks. BUYER BEWARE

  This group bought my family owned business of 53 years and reduced it to a soul-less whirlwind of city attitude, deception and corporate greed. I worked there for 10 years before i was forced out in a matter of weeks due to hostile working conditions and no pay for weeks. They also appear to use bots to leave 5 star reviews and hide the truth.
