    Quality has gone down and instead of fixing it, they've created numerous shady ways to keep your money. Some of the lovely things you'll be getting from.your overpriced purchase includes inconsistent sizing, loose treads, warped stitching etc. Frustrating customer service that will give you the runaround.

    Hi there, We did communicate to you what our policy consisted of regarding your order. Even going against our policy, we tried and we did review this issue with our leadership team. We found no fault in our errors, there were no photos provided to prove that the items returned consisted of loose strings, warped stitching, or anything else regarding the garment. Once we received the garments back, they were not presented in the same manner that they were shipped to you. You mentioned you looked at it and returned it the way it was received. It unfortunately did not meet that status and had to be discarded. We offered to replace your item with something else or issue you a store credit. We tried to meet you within our policy, but you refused. We appreciate you trying to provide us with your business. We are still here if you need us.

    This company is a scam. The clothes are cheaply made of plastic. They advertise the following return policy: Free Shipping On U.S. Orders $75+ and International Orders $100+. Domestic items ship via USPS with a transit time of 2-3 business days. Int'l orders ship via FedEx with a transit time of 2 to 7 business days. Returns & exchanges must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. See our FAQs page for details.
    When you request a return they allow you ship back the items and tell you: Your item(s) qualify for an exchange or a store credit. Let me know which option works best for you. According to our policy, we do not offer refunds that include bodysuits or bottoms. Other items may be eligible for a refund.
