    I purchased a jacket back 11/12/22. I didn’t receive the product for 3 weeks. Immediately upon arrival, I tried the product on and noticed that the zipper was defected and didn’t zip at all. I have tried contacting customer service almost a dozen times via email and phone message offering a video of proof and have yet to receive ANY call back or form of correspondence aside from confirmation of emails accepted. It’s I credibly frustrating that I’m unable to get ahold of anyone. After doing some more research, it is clear that I’m not the only person that has this problem. I receive a marketing email from them almost daily, but have not received any message back in regards to my issue. I am disgusted with the lack of Customer Service!!!

    something is wrong with this business. i placed an order on 12/1/22. they immediately hit my credit card and were paid. on 12/8/22 i emailed them because i had not received an order confirmation, estimated ship date... NO RESPONSE. on 12/13/22 i called and left a message. NO RESPONSE. on 12/14/22 i emailed again and told them i would contact my credit card and have the payment reversed if i did not receive a communication. NO RESPONSE. I get the feeling that they are going to get holiday orders take the money and file bankruptcy after the holidays.
