    I placed an order on 1/22/23, the shipping took a long time so I reached out to inquire and was told shipping was delayed apparently due to employees being out sick. I received the two items on 2/5/23 and noticed they were defective. I sent an email back to the company that day but never heard back. I sent a few more follow up emails and left two voicemails trying to get someone to get back with me to help resolve this issue. No one responded so I filed a claim with ******. The seller still didn’t respond to me but finally responded to ****** saying I can return the items and try will then issue a refund. The issue now is I shouldn’t have to pay to return a defective item, they should send a return label since they are the ones that sold something that is damaged. I’m also very disappointed that no one has made an effort to respond to any of my requests rather they are just ignoring the problem. Short staffed or not I think they should be a bit more customer service oriented and at least try to make an effort to fix the problem.

    We responded through the customers ****** account stating that upon our receipt of the product, she would be reimbursed for any shipping charges she incurred as well as the item cost. (see attached)

    If she still is interested in returning the item, she can still do so for a full refund including return shipping costs.

    Made an online purchase in May 2022, items received were not as described online(wrong size item sent). Returned items and asked for replacement of correct size ordered. Replacements not sent. Emailed request for return credit to originally used form of payment, did not receive it. Was provided store credit and free shipping code, unfortunately the codes do not work. Left several email and phone voicemails after several attempts to contact via phone and email and have heard nothing back from the company. They do not answer the phone or return emails. Last email I sent notified then that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB.

    I ordered a pair of boots from Tack of the Day. I received the shipping notification and tracking number on 6/23/22. The tracking ends in *********, ** on 6/30/22 with no activity after that. I filed a claim with **** Their investigation says to contact the sender for more information. I have reached out to Tack of the Day multiple times and have been unable to speak with anyone. They do not return emails or phone calls. I would like them to resend the boots I ordered and paid for or refund the $119.94 they charged my credit card.

    Please accept my apologies for not responding in time. Please make a note on the complaint that I am very satisfied with the result. Tack of the Day provided me with a replacement order that I received just before you closed my complaint. I have been so busy at work I did not get a chance to deal with sending a response in time. I don't want Tack of the Day to have a bad mark on their record because of this. They resolved my issue and I am more than satisfied.
