    Probably a scam site. I took a screen shot of the item, item number and customer service phone number. No one ever answered at any extension. I'm blocking their emails. Agree with other reviews to avoid this site and go to known, reputable companies.

    Unfortunately, I did not look here (BBB) first. I ordered a Kerrits houndstooth insulated coat. I waited 8 days for it to be delivered (they say 5 to 8) and then sent an email. I did receive a poorly worded email saying that the item was no longer available (It's still on Google and their website as being available) and that they would credit my account (up to two business days). We'll see.

    I will NOT be ordering from any unknown tack store. Stick with knowns: Schneiders; Big Dees; Dover; Smartpak:...

    A not happy, never returning almost customer.

    they charge to ship to you - they charge ship for you to return - then they add fee for restocking fee - or credit to their website. I have a horse, not extra $ - the additional fees not worth the savings - especially when you end up with nothing but paid fees.

    I ordered a coat on 1/12 and received a order confirmation, no updates after that. I called and left a message on 1/15 and received a call back saying they would check on the status, no one called me back. I have left 3 messages and sent and email, will see if I get the coat or an answer. Luckily, I paid with a credit card so I can dispute the charges. Looks like we are all in the same boat here. I also missed a chance to use a discount code to get the coat on another site!

    Apparently I'm having the same bad experience that the customers below have had. Ordered a pair of boots in early January, have had no emails regarding status of order, contacted customer service to no avail, have received no call-backs despite promises of same, and see that my credit card was charged the same day I made the original on-line order. Since I paid through PayPal, I'm going to see what they can do. Clearly a scam business.

    My wife returned a pair of boots to Tack of the Day which they received on 12/22/2022. It is now almost one month later and they have not refunded the money.
    Calls to their customer service go unanswered.

    It took awhile to ship my order, and only 1 of 2 items arrived. This was months ago and they continue to ignore my messages and emails. This business is a scam.

    I ordered a dressage pad from Tack of the Day, 2 days after my order I get an email saying they have cancelled my order. I looked at my cc and no refund. I emailed them asking when they were going to refund my money, no response, emailed again, no response. It's been 5 days and still no refund. I'm wondering if they just set up a nice website so people will order, collect the money then cancel order. If so this makes them thieves. I'm out $82.00 bucks at this point. Won't ever order from them again and certainly won't recommend to anyone
