    I bought a lampshade from Logan Electric. When I got the shade home, it didn't look good on the lamp. I repeatedly asked to exchange it. She said several times she would call me to set up a time and then refused. I texted and called multiple times. She never said it was final sale (it was full price) and then pretended she did. I am so upset. I then found out that she stiffed my brother, who she used to buy from. This lady is bad news.

    The facts as stated by this customer are not the truth.

    When she came to the store to purchase a lamp shade she tried many different shades on the lamp, which she had brought with her. She additionally texted, called and face timed  her daughter letting her daughter see the shade on the lamp which she had chosen.

    The store receipt that she was given has clearly printed just below her signature           
    Mdse. Not Returnable No Refunds. In addition, on the ******** ******* receipt,
    which  she signed, at the time of the sale, is written No Refunds.

    She then said that she would take it home, the lamp and the shade, and if she did not like it she would bring the shade back. I explicitly told her that all sales were final and that once she bought the shade it could  Not be returned under any circumstances.
    I reinterated this no return, all sales final policy several times. Therefore clearly she was told verbally several times and in writing on both receipts the merchandise could not be returned and no refunds is the policy of the store.
