    My room flooded 1312 was in the shower my suit case and clothes was ruined on my anniversary I called front to tell them I was told someone will come up when they are free waited 30mins went down stairs and they didn't even start a compliant I said I need someone up to my room the managers never apologized never came up to check just sat there, next room they took me to had a broken refrigerator that ran loud all night and coffee pot was filthy.

    I applied for a job in January and left several messages. I needed a place to work overnight due to the economy. One of the receptionist stated “ you live down the street it’s expensive why do you want this job”???? I called the HR Department several times and left voicemails. The rep Antonio never returned my calls or had the courtesy . I tried to call one last time and asked to speak with HR not Antonio. I was still told Antonio is the HR Manager. I refuse to speak with anyone who doesn’t have respect to Respect call an applicant back let alone 3x. The HR rep Bernadette was not understanding my complaint against the HR Manager Antonio. I asked to discard my application. That work environment seems toxic.
