I had Daniel from Daniel Plumbing out to my house approximately 5-7 times from the time period of April-June. After a few 200-300$ trips he proposed replacing tythe septic line. When I asked if he thought that would fix it (because of the cost) he said he was 1009 percent sure it would. When it was dug up I asked if I should replace the tank and he said there was no need. He said it was fixed. I had my basement appliances rescheduled for delivery the next week and exactly a week later when they were being brought it had flooded again. He then proposed 3 very expensive and extreme repairs (including taking out walls to replace venting and chiseling up my basement floor. I had subsequent plumbers come out but always told them the outside stuff had just been replaced and that wasnt the issue. Finally after exhausting all local plumbers and my funds were dug it up on our own. After lifting off septic tank lids we found that Daniel plumbing that installed the new septic pipe had pushed it way up to the baffle inside, essentially creating the clog he was charging me to get rid of repeatedly. My basement was redone and fully finished last November. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income that bought my grandparents lifetime home so that they could stay in it. Due to repeated flooding I have now had to rip out my entire basement floating floor. He was accusing my family of putting things down the septic system and despite the promise of fixing it never responded to my calls after he overcharged me 2500$ for a days work. I didnt know any better and gave him $2700 plus cash that day because I was just grateful for a solution and the flooding to be over. Hes dishonest, made promises he didnt keep about fixing it, tried to blame and charge us to fix the mistake HE made and then refuses to respond. Its sickening and I will also be reporting to congressman as I feel that I was too open regarding mental health issues and brain injuries and feel I was taken advantage of.

Here are more images. I will research the checks I gave him but I never got a formal bill I dont think and a time or two I gave him cash. Learned lessons the hard way.
